Not very intuitive
This app is not very intuitive in operation. Much easier to just order at the store.

Email several times. First email was good. But didn’t follow through. Told me would add the bonus point for signing up for app. And would add purchase from that day too. But several emails and several weeks still nothing.

They should be ashamed of this app
It’s from 2010. Non of the fields allow auto populating from a password manager. The fields that are only numbered input do not default to number pad keyboard. You can do a full order as guest and then be told store doesn’t allow guest checkout. Hire professionals or don’t have an app

Issues with payment
App will not allow me to change my debit card. I got a new one recently and I’d like to change my card over to the knew one but the app will not allow me to. It’s definitely some kind of glitch

Terrible waste of time
After repeated attempts I keep getting the same message that my credit card cannot be verified despite multiple credit cards. I was told I could not create an account because that phone number was already yet whatever email I put in. It said that account didn’t exist. You click on the app support for Incentivio or whatever, and there’s no option to get help. Because of all this, I’m not going too purchase anything from West Coast sourdough. What a hassle to which I say no thank you.

Can’t remove credit card
The app works fine for ordering but i accidentally clicked on the button to have the app save my payment info. I tried to have it removed but the “remove” button doesn’t work (or the “edit“ button for that matter).

The app actually works unlike many of the other competitors.
New Favorite Sandwich Place!
We first tried it while in S. Lake Tahoe. Completely impressed with the flavor and freshness of the yummy sourdough bread! Discovered that there is one in my town! Soooo good! My picky teens love it, too.

Your flier says to order in the app for 5$ off. I did not get it nor is there anywhere to request it.
It’s no faster than ordering at the counter
Came in 30 min after I ordered, they didn’t make it to go. They instead, started my order when I arrived. Literally order when you get there it will save the space on your phone and hassle of setting up your credit card.
Did not honor discount code
We got the app to order our first meal. The incentive was a 5% discount for your first order. When we ordered it did not accept our code and had to oay full price. 😱 Hope the food is better than this app.
