Does Nothing
Downloaded this app to submit requests for tree trimming and large item trash pick up and both have been ignored for months. It doesn’t seem like anyone is actually receiving or responding to any requests anyone is making here.
Very Functional
The app is well laid out and easy to navigate. I’ve used it on several occasions both to have Lime Scooters removed from the sidewalk and questions regarding Parking Permits. Each time I received a prompt response from WeHo City personnel. Thank you for all!

App Crashes
Ever since my iPhone updated the app has been crashing.
Horrible
9/24/20 crashes. Can’t even open now. Previous comment:Horrible app. Will only take last photo taken from library otherwise it just freezes. Now I’m trying to sign in and it just crashes and closes. And forget trying to edit under description once you type something the cursor jumps all over or doesn’t respond. Horrible. Needs a major tweak.
