Reinstall to log in
This app use to work great then all of a sudden you have to delete the app and redownload it to be able to log in. I’ve called the electric company themselves and they don’t have any answers. Typing in the correct credentials and it comes up invalid but as soon as you reinstall it, it lets you log in once to pay your bill and that’s it until you repeat the process.
