Pleased with a way to communicate with the city
The app is now installed on my iPhone 11 and iPad 3, with no issues. I submitted a request for information regarding road work near our neighborhood, and got a useful response within an hour. Also received an alert regarding a road closure. I’m impressed and pleased.
