Incredibly inconvenient and mischarges my card….not to mention the signal at the gas station is also poor. the gas station was much better before renovation.

This gas station charge me money for stuff i didn’t even get! I told all my family and friends it wasn’t that bad of a gas station and that they need to be open to new ideas and then the gas station did this and i will no longer stand up for them or support their gas station!

I downloaded the app, set it up in minutes. Really easy. If you think about it, this type of store IS the future. No lines, waiting or chatty cashiers. Just scan the app on the way in, grab the items you want and simply walk out. Everything is tracked and it charges the items to the debit or credit card you attached to the app. My wife and I just walked in she got a few things she needed, I picked up some items and we just walked out. Opened the app later and all the items we picked up were charged perfectly. I wish there were more stores like this honestly.

crazy…10 year old kid needs an app and credit card to buy a snickers after school. know your market. what about seniors that struggle with technology or don't have a smart phone or folks with disabilities that cannot operate a smartphone?
Do they care about the kids?
At first i was excited about the new seckman gas renovations, now i am absolutely furious about these new ramifications. Why must you take away the pizza hunks? Are your profits more important than my happiness? I won’t be using the inside features of this new gas station until they are returned. Seriously, do better and think about your customers.
