Unacceptably slow
Ever since the bank has upgraded their online services it takes a full 5-10 minutes for me to open the app on my iPhone OR the website on my computer. This holds true for both WiFi and with a strong cell phone signal. The bank suggested I delete the app and reinstall it. It made no difference. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wanted to check my balance or see if a payment went through and I’ve just given up. It is very inconvenient and I’m planning on changing banks because I prefer online banking over keeping a paper check register.

App on my phone
I love the app! It allows me to transfer money from one account to another anytime. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when it is time to change the password it has not allowed me to do that on my phone. I have had to be on a computer and it then says I need to change my password. I don’t have a Home computer so this has been difficult a couple of times. Other than that love the app!
