Has some issues
There is no way to change from km to miles that I can find. Also the trash can on the report screen does not work—you have to delete each item individually. There is a user guide but doesn’t address these issues.

It’s a great feeling to have security on my bike and the app is well done. The price is high but the cost of losing hours of polish and waxing, added mods and the hours of fun your your motorad brings is priceless. I had my first motorcycle stolen after 15 years of ownership, I still instinctively look around for it when I see a similar bike. I still use chains and brake locks, just in case.

Does what it’s supposed to
Tracks the gps monitor on the map and more . Gives alerts when bike is turned on or leaves it area that is set! Nothing to fancy
Shows machine over 20 miles off
Machine is over 20 miles away from where the app shows it. What good is the system if it doesn’t show the correct location. Can’t set up geo fences or use the system at it’s designed. Spent a lot of money on a worthless system.
Use it everyday!
This app is super easy to use. I use it daily to check on my motorcycle to ensure it’s where it should be. I get notifications when it leaves or enters geofences that I can set up myself. You can also create speed alerts so you know when the motorcycle goes over a set speed. There are many more features; it’s a handy app!

Horrible user experience
The premise for the app is a good one. I personally love the track ability of the bike. However the user experience of the app is very poor. It is bad design, unfriendly navigation and features. The fonts are inconsistent and the interactions are very old school. For that they charge for the app it is a disappointment

FIX NOTIFICATION BUG
I bought this gps at a dealership for $799 only for the app to half work. The only useful thing is to see where your bike is at when you go into the app. Other then that it’s useless without getting notifications. I won’t know if someone is tampering with my bike.

Geolock will not stay on
Notification Bug
The whole system works great, but only for tracking the bike. When I try to update my notification settings, the app won’t let me update it. The check mark doesn’t update the settings and it simply resets to default.

Installed the Western Lifetime GPS on my 17yr old sons vehicle and now I know. Ha!
It is denying my access for no reason
This is my first time using the app after the dealer registered me I went in, requested a new password and then after that it has denied me ever since I wish there was a quick customer support button on the Home Screen or rather on the login screen.
No customer service
It worked great for a min but had to disconnect battery to install lights on my CanAm and now it doesn’t work. Tried calling for a week and left messages and never got a call back. That was a couple months ago
