Great Program Overall
This program does it all. It provides accurate payments for FHA, conventional and VA loans and also provides the closing costs. AND it is quick, with only a few entries needed. That is a BIG plus for a loan officer and even for real estate agents.
Only thing that needs to be changed is that when an update comes in, the closing costs that I overrode and set as a default for each quote are set back to the program defaults. That means that with every update, I have to reset the defaults the way that I want them again. Bummer. This happens quite often as they do provide updates quite often. If they change this issue, then this would be a 5 star app.
