Not a well designed app
Logs you out and forgets your credentials. Frequent error codes. Frustrating to use. Weird because I don’t have this trouble with my other banking apps.
Slow limited support
Slow app. Support page doesn’t work. Mobile deposit instructions shown once on terms then can’t find again after accepting. Calling support not always helpful. Drops calls and had to call multiple times or leave message with business banking person at branch. Takes days for return call. Not the best CU I’ve used but far from the worse.

Notifications are lacking
The interface is nice and straightforward which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.
I receive no notifications until I open the app. That includes app, text, and email notifications.
So if I have a notification enabled to inform me when there’s a charge on my card, it doesn’t deliver until I open and login to the app. Please fix so notifications are sent as they happen.

Easy & Simple
Great App, easy and simple to use. Saves stamps and or driving to Westerra to make a deposit. Thanks
Personal Banking
This app is only for business banking and unfortunately Westerra hasn’t made its personal banking app available globally. This is very disappointing and way behind the times of other institutions.

Even through this pandemic Westerra has been there through it all and they have made every area of my Financial banking accessible and professional even through purchasing my own home this was possible with Westerra they are a great establishment and I have been apart of for 25 years Thank you Westerra for a great stable 2020

Can’t deposit check on app
Unable to deposit a check to my business account in the app. Not sure why, just says “unknown error”. Help desk not able to help. Don’t have time for this! Can’t run to the bank every time I need to make a deposit! Want to like credit union but Wells Fargo app was soooooo much better and easier
The service
The service is amazing, I had a hard time finding a bank with the same service that I had before, and Westerra delivered without a hesitation, thank you westerra
More like a Beta version
Won’t remember rotation aspect when going from screen to screen. Mobile deposit is available but funky. Help doesn’t include a search. Useable but I hope it improves to at least what the previous app was.
Don’t launch a business app not ready
Not only did no one state in emails or phone calls last week when couldn’t get in that there is now a separate app, once in today it made me log in again for almost all my mobile deposits, won’t accept the back of checks, and deposits it said went through aren’t showing. Very disappointed that this wasn’t tested before launching. A week with no access to my account and your system is still a mess. Highly unprofessional.

Can’t mobile deposit
Not sure why the feature is either hidden or not available but literally the only uses I want from a bank app are to see my accounts and to do mobile deposits. Should be very easy to find if you ask me and I’ve looked everywhere. I reached out to support everywhere but they don’t have support outside of normal banking hours.
