Never seems to work?
Almost every time I’ve tried to use the app there is a technical error and told to try again later. Waste of time.
User Interface & Experience
The Westfund team are great but the tech is lacking. The app interface and experience needs modernising and the addition of iPad compatibility and dark mode would be useful. However, I will always take lower premiums over tech….just some feedback to stay relevant in the health insurance arena.

The app won’t ever let you log in. You will always be met with a problem connecting and told to try again or log out.

Download this app and take a trip back to 2005 with an app that only works when it fancies, and needs to be deleted and reinstalled every month or so. When you call up to find out the problem, apparently there isn’t one. Ever. Literally EVERY other app I have works seamlessly - as does my phone - so I’m pretty sure it isn’t me. Westfund: do better.
