Can't even log in
I have registered account with WestK, but it never allows me to sign in, saying my account doesn't exist. But when I do try to create a new account, it says my email address has been used already. Very poor system!
Crashes
The app crashes when I click on member exclusive events, and therefore as a member of M+ I cannot learn about these events through the app. Very disappointing. In addition the intro video pops up whenever I open the app. The video does not add value and waste user’s time

I'm really curious why I need to update the app again after downloading the latest version from the app store, especially since it's still not working. I've also been told that I need to delete the app to use it again.

Ticketing needs improvement
Not easy to find programs and select seat when purchase ticket.
為何只提供電子門票
為何不提供更多獲取門票方式予app使用者？但網站用戶卻可選擇收取實體門票。這對於希望留存實體門票的用戶非常不友好。
Easy to use and nice design
It took me only a few clicks to get my tickets and paid easily, very handy to finish everything in app 👍🏻

Plz change the color of the app icon
Please change the color back to black, the currently-used blue color is so gross, and I don’t even wanna upgrade the app because of that weird looking blue color icon
Still a long way to go
By looking at the screenshots, it looks interesting to me and downloaded to try.
But…the overall experiences are not so good.
In terms of UX, the onboarding is too long, the explore section somehow wants to push users to login.
I answered the questions during the onboard g process, and I expected the explore section will show me something related, but it doesn’t. It shows a long list which I am not interested in. Then what’s the point of that onboarding process?
The tutorial section is not so friendly to navigate, maybe a section by section is more useful for users, options of providing videos would be ever better.
In terms of UI, the fonts hierarchy is not consistent, somehow the shadow is too strong on the fonts and images. I do Iike the images used which is well chosen.
