Changes
I wish you would stop making changes to online banking. Every time you do I have issues. I still can’t quick view to work. It is hard for those who are not computer savvy

Great app how ever I can not see my westoba my card information for credit card balances and charges which is an inconvenience when trying to figure out numbers for my business.

Would like to see the balances on each transaction rather than just in one place.

Why update an app that was perfectly fine, to making it even harder to manage your money.
Why would you take away the age old current balance total and minus outgoing spending. To only being able to view outgoing spending and the grand balance at the top.

Constantly dealing with bugs and glitches, app freezes all the time, plus gotta love westobas high fees, switching banks since they couldn’t fix their app over the last 3 years, pretty sad company
Needs work!
I can’t send an e-transfer from my mobile app, had to go to laptop, not liking that. Haven’t tried the picture deposit yet. The one thing I am not liking is you see the transactions, but no running balance on the app, why is that? It’s kind of jumpy when I’m in there doing online or mobile transactions, not sure I’m trusting this new platform. Definitely needs some upgrades right away!!

Redoing account
I had to reset my account and I had the most helpful fellow walk me through all the steps and did things from his end when my screen wasn’t showing what we needed! I believe his name was Blair but I could be mistaken as I was frantic to get it working. Don’t know what call center he was working from but he certainly went above and beyond for about 3/4 or more of an hour. Wished I could have remembered his name properly as he was so pleasant through the process and deserves recognition for doing his job so well!!!

The app works good, my only hiccup is at times it’s easy to log in incorrectly on your phone and you get locked out. You have to call customer services.
