App issues
This is ridiculous that I have to keep deleting and reinstalling that app because it just wants to spin!!! Fix the bugs!

A few of the changes are modern, inclusive and for the good but the closeness and ability to speak with a caring supportive human is totally gone. Even the drive through is automated. Holding paychecks for days even you’ve deposited from the same source, deposited millions and have been a member for 30plus years. Grandpa had a 3f digit account number. Dad was 4 and mine is only 5. Im sad but since I no I longer feel like I matter it’s probably time to switch to a better bank with less bugs and issues. The app only works half the time and the people simply don’t care anymore.

Anything to take your money
Transferred money to cover a payment, they processed the payment first, charged the overdraft fee, canceled the payment, then deposited the transfer into the account.
Now the payment for tickets I purchased are no longer available and I am out $30, just because they processed payment first instead of the transfer.

The app has been messing up for a very long time now it will log me in and then instantly disappear. Also constant trouble with my face login. Something needs to be fixed and it’s not on my end.You can’t pay the overdraft part on app. You have to go in person to do so. It shows you should be able to pay it but nope.

Soon as they rebranded the service took a nose dive. Not happy at all with them anymore. On the search for a new bank.

The app will close out when I sign it, almost every time. I have to hold the app down and tell it to open by one of the options (iOS)
Glitch
Every single time I log in, it kicks me out. About the 3rd time, I’ll be able to log in.
Crashes constantly
The app used to be good enough to use not particularly great but practical. But over the last few months I have to open my app upwards of 12 or 13 times just for it to display my bank information. It crashes constantly. I’ve updated my phone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve updated the app and nothing helps. It’s just not very good anymore. Honestly, I would uninstall it if I didnt have to use this bank.

Can’t access app
I just find it strange that I have a business account here but when I try to use the app.. it acts as if it logging me in then returns to my phones title screen? Does this happen to anyone else or am I that lucky?

The only issues I have are the website lagging or not turning on. Sometimes I will log in and it will shut it down.
Crashed
The app crashes multiple times before it finally opens. Why can’t their developers get it fixed?

The app keeps closing every time I try to open I’ve tried everything deleted redownloading and nothing works
Constant crashes
I’ve never had an app crash so many times. It takes me 3-5 times opening it for it to actually fully open. And this is every single time I go to use the app. It will just be crash, after crash, after crash. Definitely frustrating when I’m trying to check something quickly.
