No history of return
I had returned an online purchase item to a nearby store. They didn't give me refund, instead they gave me a voucher and it was applicable only if we buy items worth the same amount as refund, and it had to be purchased within 6 months. Now the voucher which I had was whitewashed because of water and due to my mobile device change I couldn't get the vouchers pic that I took.
Now they are saying if there is no voucher, they cannot retrieve the voucher. Its disgusting that I did not receive any mail or WhatsApp message for the return or any normal text message. Moreover atleast the status in the app should have changed because I had returned it. Very poor experience and my money is lost now just because they couldn't retrieve the voucher by any other means. Disgusting

Pathetic Experience
The packaging is absolutely atrocious, and the online service is somehow even worse.
I ordered a compact powder and received it completely broken because it was shipped with virtually no proper protection. When I tried to get a replacement, the so-called replacement facility was practically useless.
On another occasion, I received only part of my order. I tried raising the issue through the app and even emailed customer support, only to receive a response saying their inbox was full. Yes — their customer-service inbox was literally full, so I never received my refund or the missing product.
The products themselves may be good, but what is the point when ordering online turns into a complete nightmare?
Westside seriously needs to get its online operations together. Poor packaging, useless replacement support, missing products, and an apparently “full” customer-service inbox are not acceptable for a retail brand.
If you value your money, time, and sanity, do yourself a favour and DO NOT order from Westside online. Buy in-store if you must, but their online service is an absolute disaster. It honestly feels like they’re there to mog their customers rather than serve them.

I shopped from west side store many times and all the sale persons were helpful, recently I purchased from online 2 items one a Jean and a top it’s been more than 3 months still i didn’t get my top it’s very disappointing tried to reach there customer service they are the worse.
I went there physical showroom twice and people there have no idea how to deal with it they gave us a person number he asking many questions even we send all the order details. Now I stopped reaching them and accepted that my money is loss .
Improve customer service please and put people who knows how to solve problems don’t waste people time .

traumatic, humiliating, and unprofessional behavior.
I am writing this with a heavy heart and immense anger. As a loyal, long-time Westside customer I never expected to be subjected to such traumatic, humiliating, and unprofessional behavior. Today, I was falsely accused of shoplifting. A store staff member had handed me a shopping bag to use, completely unaware that a loose security tag was already sitting inside it. I put a few clothes in the bag and went to the ladies trial room—where, shockingly, male staff members were present inside the trial area. No one stopped me or told me the bag wasn't allowed inside. Later, a female staff member asked for the item, and I handed it over immediately. Suddenly, another staff member claimed a security tag had been detached. I instantly told them, "If you suspect me, please check me right now." They stayed silent at that moment. Instead of handling their suspicion privately, they waited until I went downstairs to settle my bill. In front of a crowded store, the entire staff surrounded me, and accusing me and humiliating me in front of dozens of other customers. A female staff member then took me into a room and conducted an incredibly rough physical search, even aggressively checking my inner garments. I understand security is part of their job, but there is a protocol to follow. Disrespecting a customer, publicly shaming them without proof, and violating their personal space is unacceptable. I am deeply scarred by how I was treated for a mistake made by their own staff. I will never forget this embarrassment in my life , and I will never step foot into a Westside store again. Management needs to take strict action against the staff on duty today. I will never shop here again. This all incident happened in westsid near RD circle govind nagar Nashik , Maharashtra #Westside #BadCustomerService

Pathetic
I love westside and trust it always when it comes to quality. But what is this westside, your website and app is just super pathetic. My main and the most obvious thing to check before launching is the wishlist feature. I have spent hours selecting the products and when i checked the wishlist it is all vanished. This is truly not acceptable behaviour from an ecommerce website. And another feature which ofc should be there in your website is that when the user checks the details of any product and comes back to the listing for god's sake do not refresh the page which comes back to the first product and you have to navigate all over again and ofcourse as the wishlist feature is fantastic we couldn't even wishlist from the listing page itself. I would appreciate if you look into this matter asap!
