Pathetic
I love westside and trust it always when it comes to quality. But what is this westside, your website and app is just super pathetic. My main and the most obvious thing to check before launching is the wishlist feature. I have spent hours selecting the products and when i checked the wishlist it is all vanished. This is truly not acceptable behaviour from an ecommerce website. And another feature which ofc should be there in your website is that when the user checks the details of any product and comes back to the listing for god's sake do not refresh the page which comes back to the first product and you have to navigate all over again and ofcourse as the wishlist feature is fantastic we couldn't even wishlist from the listing page itself. I would appreciate if you look into this matter asap!

Fraudulent Experience – No Delivery, No Support, No Accountability
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order on the Westside app over a week ago and paid in full online, yet there has been absolutely no progress or update on my order. The status hasn’t changed at all — it’s completely unacceptable.
Their customer support is a joke. I’ve called multiple times, waited over 20 minutes each time, and not once has anyone bothered to answer. This level of negligence is beyond frustrating — it’s outright irresponsible.
At this point, it genuinely feels like my money has been taken without any intention of delivering the order. This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the reliability of this app.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this further and take appropriate action. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Westside online unless they’re okay risking their money and time.
Fix this ASAP.

Products do not load when clicked on categories
Off late, on an iPhone, on tap of any of the categories section it throws an error - Oops We couldn’t find that collection. The behaviour has been so for 2 days now. Kindly fix it asap
Additionally, the search results back navigation needs a fix. When a user searches for a product, the relevant product list is displayed. On tap of the product , product details page is displayed. Till here it works great. Now, tap back to return to the search list, the user is navigated back to the top of the list rather than to the same position of the last viewed product. This is not 2010 and impossible to achieve, kindly fix this basic behavior.

Worst store
I had a very disappointing experience with Westside's online ordering service. The customer support is incredibly poor and frustrating to deal with. When I tried contacting them over the phone, they purposely disconnected the call midway through the conversation. Additionally, their email support is chaotic-responding with resolutions for tickets that aren't even mine, leaving me completely confused about my issue.
To make matters worse, I tried reaching out through Instagram, but the response there was equally bad. Despite multiple attempts, I didn't get any proper support or resolution. This level of poor service is unacceptable, and it has completely ruined my trust in their online platform.
I hope they seriously work on improving their customer service because this experience has been beyond frustrating.

Terrible Experience – Wrong Parcel & No Refund Even After Return!
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with the Westside online shopping app. Not only was I sent the wrong parcel, but I’ve also been waiting endlessly for refunds on two returned items that were already picked up by their delivery partner.
Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been zero resolution. Their customer support is completely unresponsive or keeps giving the same generic replies without actually solving anything.
This feels like outright fraud – they took the products back but never issued the refund. As a customer, I feel cheated and helpless. I expected far better from a reputed brand like Westside.
Avoid shopping on this app unless you’re okay with the risk of losing your money and getting stuck in a loop of false promises and poor service.
