Did not get $10 off

I downloaded the app to get $10 off my order and I did not get $10

$10 coupon claims used

I downloaded the app and just used it. If you put your card to be stored you are supposed to get $10 off. I did that and no $10 off. The app says I used the coupon already when I did not. I like the restaurant but this review is for the app. Food is always solid here.
