Impressed. Nice clean app just works. Map and texting integration was intuitive. Account setup was very fast.
Accessible Taxi booking disappointment!
Used the app to arrange for an accessible taxi several hours before we needed it. Approx 15 minutes before we were expected our taxi, we received a call that they would now be looking for a driver and it could take upwards of over an hour. One would think that pre-arranging for a taxi through the app would count as booking it…. But apparently not. Ended up having to change all our plans around, which is not always the easiest when an accessible vehicle is required. All around it was a very poor experience and I will definitely make sure not to recommend west way to anyone.

Still useless
Still doesn’t allow unit letters or business names even on Favorite locations. This is a basic function that even the local pizza place can do but why not Taxi with its generic bottom dollar app
Might as well use the phone to book
What’s the point of having an App, if I can’t see the ride in progress or track the driver to see how far away they are?
Once you book a ride, it just says “Ride in progress”. So I waited the usual half hour and paid double. I’ll stick to Uber.
