hello i paid of the pro but am still seeing ads on calls and in the app can developed explain why that is the case? not a happy bunny here at all

Look, I bought the app for 499 rupees. They said that 5 dollars would be credited to my account on the purchase details. But they credited my account with 0.01. In the end, it didn't work. There are a lot of fake reviews. Let everyone know.

Not able to make calls and not able to log in. All my funds that was there has disappeared. What is happening because I had this app for years.
