What a scam
Ordered from a location that was showing as open but was actually closed. Impossible to reach customer service and their rewards don’t work half the time. Don’t waste your time on this scam of a company. They’re just trying to data farm off you.
Points don’t work with receipt anymore
I’m always at the store I used to buy twice a week and I used to scan the receipt to get rewards now because the app doesn’t work unless you scan at checkout I usually choose to go eat my lunches elsewhere that I can feel appreciated like Kona. The people at Wetzel’s are great and do an amazing job but this new app update has ruined my experience. I know u have lost a lot of recurring customers from this.

They bragged about points but mysteriously deleted mine and ignoring emails maybe negative reviews will work
Can’t use rewards
I have rewards points to use and the app did not apply it so I was charged full price. Person at the counter told me the app is very buggy and I had to go in person to order in order to apply my rewards
Lost my points
I had over 100, all gone with new app…
Bad update
After the new update I can no longer see the rewards Im working on for… I collecting points but have no idea for what… there rewards page just says “nothing yet”
New updated deleted my points
Been saving my points to redeem when needed. Points were not on the verge of expiring. Got an email regarding the new app and having to re-register. My login was still recognized and had no issues signing in. Checked my point balance to make sure there wasn’t issues and ALL my points were wiped out and my purchase history was removed. I DID NOT make a new account as the app recognizes me and let me login with my saved issue. Don’t update unless you want to lose everything. Guess I’m not eating today.

Account no longer exists
I last received an email 1 month ago from Wetzel’s. I sign into my account with the same email and says it that email doesn’t exist.
I’ve used the Wetzel App for years now all my rewards are lost and I can’t log in. App is constantly having issues and updates do not fix the problems.

Issues since app update
I use the app a few times a month for visits to the mall with my kid, and we always use this app. The points rake up fast and you get some sweet rewards.
Ever since the update the app doesn’t work, won’t allow you to scan any receipts for points, and also has issues with using any points you have or rewards you have.
Really wish I didn’t lose the almost 100 points we had. Bummer with update.

What Happened?
App was great before, but with the update it looks like they lost all user data or something. I had 50+ points that are gone now. Staring at my email from February where my account was confirmed and now it says there’s no account for that email! So disappointing :(
Unredeemed free pretzel
I had a free pretzel after earning points, but after i updated the app my free pretzel reward is gone and i am back at 25 points!
My account points are gone
What happened to my account? I had enough points for free pretzels and my entire account is gone it wants me to resign up this is so not okay and very disappointing.

This version of the app seems like a cheap rip off of the last version. Looks like a high school computer class project. Ability to scan receipt QR’s is no longer possible. Not at all sure what they were thinking with this version of the app.
Cheese sticks
I tried the cheese stick for the first time and they were delicious!!! The employee was a delight.
