Pretzels are always hard and dried out need to do better with the price you charge nd people work hard to earn there money

Why are all of my rewards missing? I made a trip to the mall to grab my free pretzel, got to the counter and the app is saying my reward information is not available. This is beyond annoying!
Burnt & Hard
$6 for a pretzel that clearly was really old. So hard on the bottom I could not even bite into it. Burnt on the top.
i did not get my free pretzel.
there was a sign that said if i downloaded the app i get a free pretzel. i downloaded it and they want me to wait 4 hours. i cannot go that long without my free pretzel. wetzels is better
