Absolutely ridiculous. Neither my wife nor I have been able to log in for over a year due to the ridiculous way it’s set up. Can’t even create a new account because it requires a phone number. App looks nice, but the support is awful.

Developers, I’m a huge fan but don’t live near a KK store. My points never accumulate to the point that I can use them before they expire. Any way you could change that? If not, can you build one in Rockford IL? 🥰
