Never lets me log in
I’ve tried to log in using my Facebook and it keeps saying use my other log in. It’s the only way I have ever logged in!!! I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again. Same thing. Useless app

My application is not working it hasn’t been working since January every time I’ve tried it says my address is wrong somewhere when I registered or delete and reopen it still doesn’t work fix it and can’t email about it talking about updating can’t update something that doesn’t work and now it’s saying I am not in the system can not access the issue because can’t talk to someone make it where you can pay with cash and not just credit

I’ve been locked out for months and nowhere on their webpage is support for that error. So the app sucks.
Please just get a new Developer…
For all things holy, just bite the bullet and get yourself someone who can do the proper job of creating a functioning app AND website, because what you have right now is pure and utter nonsense. I’m grateful that I can at least login, unlike most users, based on the other reviews. However, what’s the point if users like myself aren’t able to use the “functions” like ordering, using rewards, or actually even being able to see the rewards being offered?! Seriously, fire your current developer, and find someone who can do the job to get the app into year 2026!

There are 2 offers available. But one of the offers is on top of the other and the other is barely peeling out below it. I can’t click on anything to get the second offer to show. Very sad.

Apple log in still not working
Apple log in does not work, it will not allow traditional sign in with password and user ID. Customer service is absolutely pointless.
Why?
It’s 2026 and I have run out of patience for multimillion dollar companies that cannot produce a quality app. Fought with this app for 30 mins trying to apply the Memorial Day special. The ad is on the first page when you open the app but there is no way to apply it. Nothing in rewards and offers and the coupon does not automatically apply. Going to Duncan, not because I like them better but because I hated this whole experience more. Do better!

App wont work no matter what I do.
Frustrating Checkout
the app and website will literally not let me place a delivery order. every time I go to checkout and try entering my card info, it’s says there was a timeout request and it will not go through. I get a doughnut shop is gonna be busy in the morning but how does a chain as big as Krispy Kreme not have a system set up where they can handle the morning traffic that likely goes to their site and app? it’s just frustrating.

Sadly the app and website are horrible ordering experiences.

App does not work with Apple Id log in and Krispy Kreme customer service is pointless. They do not reply to messages.
Barely works
My app is up to date and there’s only 3 ways to sign in and when I use the password or Face ID it says to sign in how I have previously, when I try Sign in with Apple it tells me to enter my phone number, zip code and birthday and says I already have an account and need to sign in a different way, and when i try to sign in via Facebook it tells you to click I’m not a robot and click the images and I do that but then there’s no way to submit what you’ve clicked or move forward and I can’t create a new account but one already exists with my phone number. Super annoying and would like to go more often but always running into this issue on the app

You can't place an order
This app is not functional. I've been trying to place an order for 20 minutes. The button to pay doesn't do anything. It also gives me a "timeout" warning repeatedly when changing between the checkout and the menu. So frustrating and horrible to use.
Cannot LogIn
App no longer works with my Apple account. I keep receiving an error that my account is locked. Uninstalling/reinstalling the app as suggested did not work. Logging in on the website does not work, it directs me back to the app and logging in with my Apple account. Tried to log in with my email and password and received the same response. I reached out to customer service and heard nothing.

Tried to order again today the strawberry iced and as usual they have none. Everytime we try to order special donuts they don’t have them. Def going to a donut shop in Indian trail that always has donuts. Not even gonna try again. Def not a donut shop.

This App is as Dysfunctional as My Family
This app is great for staying up to date on rewards and deals. However, the checkout process and applying those discounts is so confusing. It needs to reload to apply tax, and I get a red error message whether the discount has successfully applied or not. Then whenever I try to place my order, the loading time after checkout takes forever and then proceeds to say it didn’t go through every time. It’s honestly better to just go in store and have the cashier search your number and apply your discount there, rather than trying to fight this clunky app. It’s loading time on everything takes forever.
