I’ve always loved KK. I had my first bad experience yesterday. The girl who waited on us was rude. She apparently couldn’t hear. I tried to get points for my rewards. She had a young man take over so I thought she didn’t know how. He just rang us up. We were in Charleston, sc. the donut was fabulous!! Service not so good.

Why is this app so messed up?
Oh my goodness, I don’t know what to say. I’ve been struggling for the longest time with this app and it’s sad because I get donuts all the time and I have been getting donuts from them for years. They come and deliver them to my house when I am able to order online which half of the time I can’t end up having to physically go to get them which is a major inconvenience if I want these kind of donuts without having to go through DoorDash. Why in the world if this is such a big company that has lots of money, could they not have the proper software development/IT in place to keep things running smoothly because God forbid I tried to add on a special or a discount or redeem my points I can’t do it and then right now with the newest donuts, it says they cannot be ordered for delivery which is a bunch of BS and so then I said well OK I’ll get regular donuts but then they said I can’t order donuts for delivery which is BS because I have been ordering them from the app delivered to my house for years and I’m just about to boycott the company and just stick with Dunkin’ Donuts who actually has more stuff like breakfast and delicious flavors of donuts not just the basic ones with occasional seasonal, holiday or promotional “flavors”. I’m giving this app and the whole entirety of Krispy Kreme one last chance to get things right otherwise I will just delete my app. Delete my account and never ever eat them again and I’m OK with that even though I don’t want that to happen but I’m tired of struggling with the app as are so many other people so come on Krispy Kreme, please try to get it right

Haven’t been able to log into this app or the website for over a year now. Rewards program is a joke if you can’t ever use your rewards. There is no way to contact these people about it either. Last time I ordered as a ‘guest’ online for Fathers Day for their special Fathers Day donuts. I placed my order the day before online for 2 boxes. As I’m IN LINE to pick them up they email me to tell me they are out of the Fathers Day ones. Sold 20 boxes of them to someone that morning apparently. So use caution if ordering ahead. There’s no guarantee you’ll get what you wanted…and they don’t really care either. What a joke app and company.

No birthday reward showing up. It shows that I have my birthday entered when I look at my profile…
Never lets me log in
I’ve tried to log in using my Facebook and it keeps saying use my other log in. It’s the only way I have ever logged in!!! I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again. Same thing. Useless app

My application is not working it hasn’t been working since January every time I’ve tried it says my address is wrong somewhere when I registered or delete and reopen it still doesn’t work fix it and can’t email about it talking about updating can’t update something that doesn’t work and now it’s saying I am not in the system can not access the issue because can’t talk to someone make it where you can pay with cash and not just credit

For all things holy, just bite the bullet and get yourself someone who can do the proper job of creating a functioning app AND website, because what you have right now is pure and utter nonsense. I’m grateful that I can at least login, unlike most users, based on the other reviews. However, what’s the point if users like myself aren’t able to use the “functions” like ordering, using rewards, or actually even being able to see the rewards being offered?! Seriously, fire your current developer, and find someone who can do the job to get the app into year 2026!

Apple log in still not working
Apple log in does not work, it will not allow traditional sign in with password and user ID. Customer service is absolutely pointless.
Why?
It’s 2026 and I have run out of patience for multimillion dollar companies that cannot produce a quality app. Fought with this app for 30 mins trying to apply the Memorial Day special. The ad is on the first page when you open the app but there is no way to apply it. Nothing in rewards and offers and the coupon does not automatically apply. Going to Duncan, not because I like them better but because I hated this whole experience more. Do better!

App wont work no matter what I do.
Frustrating Checkout
the app and website will literally not let me place a delivery order. every time I go to checkout and try entering my card info, it’s says there was a timeout request and it will not go through. I get a doughnut shop is gonna be busy in the morning but how does a chain as big as Krispy Kreme not have a system set up where they can handle the morning traffic that likely goes to their site and app? it’s just frustrating.
