I hate this
I wish I can give this zero stars but let me tell you it worked only ONCE and one time it was 2 am in a airport and I was tired so I was gonna use my rewards but it SIGNED ME OUT AND JUST NOW I WENT TO USE THE REWARDS AND IT WAS WORKING TILL WHEN I WEMT INSIDE AND WAS GOING TO USE MY FREE STUFF AND IT SAID “check later rewards not working” so I was embarrassed and I had to use my money AND THAT EMBARRASSED ME SO MUCH I HATE YOU AUNTIE ANNES AND I WANT A APOLOGY FROM THE DIRECT CEO AND TOO GIVE ME SMTH GOOD FOR MY TROUBLES

Have never been able to get it to work
I downloaded the app to take advantage of a reward offered through two separate vendors. I have never been able to get the reward to show up in the app or download the purchased gift card into the app, making it a complete waste of time and money.
I’ve also had trouble ordering through the app—with the store showing as closed in the app although I was standing in front of the open store. Frustrating.

Cant login into my account
Cant login into my act, i requested forgot password, i dont receive any emails or links, tried to sign up again. But it says my email is already registered
Doesn’t let me even sign in
This is a great app for a great restaurant and it worked good overall until i had to change phones and i tried to log in with a new account since i changed email but it told me my phone already had reached the max account limit and i don’t know if there is a way to fix it since i tried but didn’t let me create my account. If there is a way to fix it im open to listen. But overrated great app.

Rewards disappeared
I just found that two rewards which expire in October are not there. And my weekly gold pass redeem is gone too! The app doesn’t look the same as usual before. How to fix that?

Fix your locations
While I was waiting in line, I ordered pretzels to save time just to find out that you can only pick them up in the other location located inside of the mall on the complete opposite end
Can’t login
I have tried multiple times to reset my password to login, previous old login was through Facebook and it’s just not working. I contacted support never got a reply. It’s ridiculous.

The staff was so nice. The store was so clean. Our pretzels were probably the best we ever had. They really filled our nugget cup up and they were fresh and tasted great. Other times we have gone and the cup was a little over half full, but not here. 5 stars!

Be careful when ordering on the mobile app, you will have to go to the right location, we passed three locations before getting to the correct one, no where do they tell you there are three locations!! Rude customer service too.

Worst food app I have, and that means a lot cause I have like 30. I have never written a review before but I am doing it now because of how much this app infuriates me. This app never remembers login credentials and forces you to relogin every time you open the app and even then the login screen is extremely buggy and wouldn’t let me log in even though I guarantee I was using the right info through password manager. The rewards systems firstly has bad value in comparison to other apps secondly almost never works when trying to apply rewards and thirdly just sucks. The UI is bad and it’s just overall a terrible app.

Been waiting almost twenty minutes for the free pretzel I had to asked them to give me the stuff I had actually paid for as they were holding on it again! Never again and I ordered thru the appp!
Slow service
Placed an order ahead so it would be ready when I arrived, ten minutes later, I’m still sitting. No other customers inside or in the drive thru, except those that came after me.

A product worth $7 needs $25 in rewards points, which is very generous on their part
Updates
I have tried for months to update my phone number and birthday on the app. I can enter text but it won’t save. Keeps giving an error and says try again later. But when I updated my address and card info for delivery it update as soon as I hit save.
Charged for a failed transaction
I tried placing an order on the app and it said the order couldn’t go through. A week later, they took the money from my account. How could you have taken money for an order that never went through? Never using this app again
