Pretzels are always hard and dried out need to do better with the price you charge nd people work hard to earn there money

Why are all of my rewards missing? I made a trip to the mall to grab my free pretzel, got to the counter and the app is saying my reward information is not available. This is beyond annoying!
Burnt & Hard
$6 for a pretzel that clearly was really old. So hard on the bottom I could not even bite into it. Burnt on the top.

there was a sign that said if i downloaded the app i get a free pretzel. i downloaded it and they want me to wait 4 hours. i cannot go that long without my free pretzel. wetzels is better

I finally spent enough money to get reward on this app, but when I went to use it, it was not there. It is still not there. I Contacted through their Customer Service and all they are offering to do is help me update the app and password. That’s not what I need, I need the reward back that they removed from my account. It does not expire until October of this year.

Order should have had a free pretzel and a $1 peach drink (ordered both of these specifically because of promotions) and at checkout discounts would not apply so I deleted the app and got something else

I walk into get my pretzel and was greeted by Synika at Eagan outlet location and it was clean and had a great selection ready to go and friendly and great service and fresh delicious pretzel and Zero Coke to go!

Terrible - can’t get out of location services
This clunky app won’t let me get out of location services to actually upload the receipt from my recent visit. It’s a great fun when it’s pretzel day, and if the person is helpful enough to put in your phone number because your App won’t work.… This is just been annoying- the prices are too high justified coming back without any kind of loyalty program

No Bottom Toolbar
Without the bottom toolbar displaying properly, the app is unusable except for mobile orders, since you can’t switch to the Rewards tab.
