We love our Crumbl in Lubbock. It’s one of our stops every time we make it from out of town. Friendly staff, quick service and always delicious cookies.

Unprofessional

We walked in and there was no menu board with cookie types and prices. The girl helping us didn’t seem to know what she was doing and took an interminable amount of time just to get our five cookies. She dropped the box on the counter in front of us and walked away - no thank you, no smile, no comment at all.
