This app
I am a very loyal Crumbl cookie customer but have an older phone so now this app willNot let me have the app, which is unfortunate as I like to pre-order my orders because I live in a different city than the closest Crumbl cookie. I’m not sure why this app has to have an iOS of 18 or more. I wish it could be changed.

Crumbl
Dangerous but soooo good and worth the money
The App o
Wonderful! Works correctly every single time🌸 by
Cookies
Definitely underbaked. It’s cool though I usually don’t go for the cookies anyway.
Crumbl Cash
Looks like all my Crumbl cash has been removed. On checkout there is no option and it’s no longer under my account.
No nutrition facts in app which was there before.
Before I was able to see the amount of sugar a cookie had but that’s gone now just like this app.
Easy and effective

Review
AMAZING COOKIES
Delicioso
Awesome cookies
Ingredient information no longer available
Not pleased. Ingredient information no longer posted anywhere. Will no longer order from here. I shouldn’t have to reach out to someone to figure out if a product is compatible with my dietary preferences
Good stuff
Great app to get cookies
It’s my favourite
This place is so so good!!!
Disappointing updates
With the updates you can no longer see what is in the dessert or drinks. This is a miss. Now if you click on an item it takes you to add to cart with no details.
My Review
Great taste and great crunch.
you can not log in
glitchy bug where you can’t log into your rewards. they keyboard just doesn’t go away
Crumbl
The cookies are so good. The service is also very good. The delivery service is good.
New app layout is gross
When you click on a cookie, it immediately takes you to the order screen for them. I find that annoying, because all I want to do is click on the cookie to see the description of it. But now it’s a 2-part process.
They also took away the ability to see the exact nutritional info of each cookie. Going to the Nutrition & Allergy info only displays the allergen info for the cookies, so it’s misleading.
