Deletes parts of my order at checkout

There’s been a few times where after making adjustments to my order, the app will change my order at checkout. The first 3 times this happened, it changed my order to black coffee—annoying, but not that big of a deal. However this time it deleted the whole coffee from my order when I in fact ordered the $6 meal.

Constant App errors

Tired of the app not working! Can’t ever reload manually, and sit in the queue nervous every time. I have to pay twice as I take what’s left then wait for the auto reload to do its thing. Also, the points indicated in my email are never aligned with the app. Grrrr!
