Unfortunately, these addresses don’t show up with my GPS. It doesn’t find me. Doesn’t know how to locate me despite my efforts of setting the GPS location tracker on my phone and allow allowing to always.

App Issue & Unfulfilled Refund Promises
I had a terrible experience buying gift cards through the Dunkin' app. The app glitched, showed errors, and failed to issue my gift cards, yet my credit card was charged.
When I contacted Dunkin' Customer Care by email and phone, they promised that the invalid charges would fall off or be refunded. However, those promises were never kept, and the charges posted permanently to my account. I had to file a formal dispute with my bank to get my money back.
Furthermore, trying to cancel an order on the app still deducts funds from your gift card balance automatically. Extremely poor system synchronization and unreliable customer service. Be very careful when using payment features on this app.

Why is it SO DIFFICULT read the damn tickets
You guys need to update the way tickets are given to the stores. Every time I order a damn meal deal. I have to go through the drive through twice because for some reason they can’t see a simple no cheese edit. This happens to me constantly and is getting old having to go through twice every time I want Dunkin’ and I really don’t wanna have to be the dick that has to pull up to the drive through and check the employees. Changes through the app need to show up more clearly to your employees

CarPlay functionality appears to be broken
CarPlay functionality no longer works on multiple iPhones and cars.
I would use the app support option in the Apple Store, but it takes me to an invalid link on Dunkin’s website.
Hopefully it is fixed soon, as I used to use it daily. 😢

I do not even know where to begin with the frustration I am feeling over a simple sign in to a simple app for a simple restaurant. I just wanted a simple coffee, so I open my app only to be met with the screen loading forever I wait, then it signs me out I put in my email and password it kept on saying my password was invalid (I know the email was correct.) after a few more tries it tells me to reset my password, so I do that. Tell me why that when I try to change my password it tells me I cannot use the same password as the previous one?? Why didn’t the app let me sign in then?? I manage to reset/change my password THEN I’m met with ANOTHER problem it still showed my old number when I had already updated it. It genuinely should not be this tedious to sign in to the app.

My favorite
I really like using this app as it keeps track of all of my expenditures and amounts of points. It’s also easy to use. Don’t have to be a techie to use. I also like having access to locations all over this is a biggie for me when I travel to different places and states.
Third-party ads inside app
The fact that Dunkin is now pushing third-party ads inside their app after a purchase is absolutely devious and they should be ashamed of themselves. I just wanted coffee, not a new Visa card. Leave me alone.

Missing CarPlay update??
According to Dunkin Tech Support, CarPlay is no longer supported in the latest version! Seems kind of counterproductive since a majority of states you cannot hold your phone while driving!!!
All other apps utilize CarPlay, & Dunkin decides to eliminate it!! BAD MOVE DUNKIN!!

Food always fresh and service is fast
