Easy, quick, but can be frustrating
I enjoy the ease of being able to quickly stop by, especially when I’m in a rush. However, I have often found myself ordering the limited edition donut, only to get the window and be told they’re out. I wish the app better reflected in store stock to help my decisions.

Manual ordering works. Go to an item, add it to the cart, buy.
I’d rather just have that than teased with favorites, CarPlay usuability, other things that are not usable and end up spending a good amount of time attempting to use them and causing frustration and disappointment.
When you’re a frequent customer, the other features would be nice. If they put it through some usability testing and it worked, this would probably be a 5 stars.

App is stealing points
Last Wednesday I was going to use my accumulated points to get a drink, started the process to order the drink but ended up not going for the drink, but the nine hundred plus points that would’ve cost for the drink is gone and I never went for the drink. YOUR APP IS STEALING POINTS DUNKIN…. Fix it please and kindly return my points. Thanks in advance.

Hard to delete account
Dunkin makes account deletion a lot harder and unnecessarily tedious. This should honestly be illegal. It should not be ridiculously hard to delete MY information.
Too many interstitial ads
All I want to do is order a couple cups of coffee for me and my family. But every time I open this app there is a full screen interstitial suggesting I join something or it’s an ad blocking the entire functionality of the app. I have to complexly close the app and open again and pray that it doesn’t open with a full screen interstitial. Very annoying.
This app also does NOT let you permanently turn off location services, it constantly asks to enable them and the only option is to say “maybe later”

Payment issues
I will order on the app and use Apple Pay, or a saved card and it will charge my card but the order never goes through. It’s happened more than once
Deals
You have dropped the ball on decent coupons and deals. On the go SUCKS and takes away from the awesome HUMAN interactions you can have. I refuse to do on the go for points. Maybe you should give points for people who order in person. Also the point rewards should be lower your math ain’t mathing at 12 points a dollar to get to enough points when you want a latte or cold brew it takes over 50 dollars - how is that a deal especially if somone gets a latte everyday.

No jelly munchkins
Can't order jelly munchkins with the app as all locations I checked are unavailable. I doubt this is accurate or here is an idea. Make the food someone wants to order and pay for in advance. If I can order a pizza exactly how I want why not donuts, just saying.
No easy access to ingredients
Most food apps like Starbucks provide ingredients information alongside food and not some pdf document filled with all items with tiny font. If they can’t get simplest ingredients information along with food items in this day and age of AI, let alone other UX (like dark theme option for app, feedback option for users to provide app feedback etc.)

No Customer Assistance
Why is there no way to get app related assistance? I had an issue where I placed an order and the service was so bad that I left after waiting 20 minutes. There was no store manager and no place in the app to report the issue or get a refund.
