My latte, that was supposed to have shots of vanilla and whipped cream, had neither. Instead of being able to send a quick message, I had to call and wait on hold for way too long. That’s crazy in this Information Age.
Latest update broke it for me
The latest update broke my Siri Shortcuts. The app doesn’t even show up in Shortcuts on my iPhone at all anymore. I tried to switch to using it on CarPlay but that doesn’t work either.
My local Dunkin doesn’t have a drive thru so I usually send an order when I’m halfway there on my commute and walk in to pick it up. Now I either gotta send the order when I’m about to leave home and pick up cold food/coffee (that’s supposed to be hot). Or order at the store and wait.

Car Play not working
App work great on phone but crashes as it opens on CarPlay.

You know the amount of times I have not used this app because it needs an update? I will be in line and get ready to pay, oh you need to update, and the app doesn’t work without it. Then you get logged out. Starbucks never does that to me.

carplay
since this last update the app on carplay tries to open but goes off my car infotainment screen. I've uninstalled it then reinstalled. I've forced closed it etc. used to be a great app to voice control as I was driving but I can't even get it to open now
Car play no longer functions
After the most recent update. The app on CarPlay just opens and crashes. I used to just click on the app and click reorder every morning but it hasn’t worked since last week. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app still no luck. I love dunks so this kinda stinks other than that it’s great!
Can’t customize my drink on app
For some reason when I go to select my unsweetened toasted almond flavor, it does not allow me to go above a 3. With other things that can be added, you can increase beyond three and I don’t understand why with the toasted almond I can’t increase the amount I want in my drink above a 3.

Overall a great UX but one thing I just can’t understand. Why is there not an option for more/less oat milk/almond milk??? I hate mobile ordering because they always add way too much oat milk, I don’t like my coffee very light and I have no way of indicating that on the app. Regular milk has the option of 1,2,3 milks, but not oat/almond milk. PLEASE fix!! This makes me want to switch to Starbucks!!
