Broken Shortcuts Integration
Up until this latest update the app has worked reasonably well. For the past few years I’ve ordered my morning coffee through a Siri shortcut integration and it has been great. This latest update has removed shortcut integrations and broke the previously made shortcuts. Terrible update. Please fix!

I think this app is great and helps me save money. One thing I love about this app is that it gives you rewards. One thing I don’t like about this app is that it’s because it confuses me sometimes but I feel like I’m getting the hang of it. Thank you Dunkin.

After the last update CarPlay no longer works.
Lower Prices
I haven’t ordered a dozen of donuts in a couple years because dunkin prices have gotten way out of control. I think you should start lowering your beverage prices because when you have to start paying for extra swirl, cold foam etc that is outrageous…paying almost $7 or more for a iced beverage

I love this app normally, but
It drives me crazy when it does not say something is out. I have ordered so many lemonades and donuts online only to be told when I get there that they are out. It is super frustrating because they just say they are out, and do not suggest what you can have in place of it. I have given up on my plan to try all the lemonades because they are always out.

Make better
They need to fix the responsiveness of the app. And should be easier to pull from prior orders with fewer clicks if you have 2 or 3 prior places you go to. Repeat customers are key.
Location should default to GPS
Annoying that every time I order it defaults to last location. Use the GPS and default to nearby. Also annoying that payment defaults to Dunkin card I don’t use instead of last payment card

Whenever I go to add more money, an error message pops up with your card may be deleted. Has happened numerous times. Hopefully the next update will address this problem.
