Stream Quality Fail for SB19 in Lollapalooza
There was just too much to be noted in the stream. The audio register was awful. The lag and even screen freeze were worse than disappointing. I feel bad for the boys who will be sad to hear the A’tin expressing a lot of dissatisfaction over this. And it’s not fair for the group being delivered to fans in such poor quality. A’tins deserve more than what we had. Not from the boys, but from how we expected to experience this with the boys. The level of talent and skill they put on that stage was superb as always but due to the technical issues that the viewers experienced watching from home. I hope a better version would be made available. Nevertheless, congratulations to the boys for eating that stage and taking Philippines to even higher heights.

Improvements needed!
When you try and report misuse of the app, or completely inappropriate comments or posts both in the actual lives and on the fan feeds you end up having your report button disabled. Not only is this a problem for the fans who genuinely want to engage in a positive and non-invasive way but it then becomes a problem for the artists whom have to sit in their lives and watch the comments being filled with deplorable things or copy and paste spam. Proper use and implementation of the report buttons could help prevent this.

Needs to be regulated more. Language translations should be free.
This app is kinda disappointing for several reasons. First off, There needs to be moderators on these livestreams because the majority of the chat is just full of spam comments, making it almost impossible for the artist to even read a question being asked, then on top of that, you’re only gonna get about 1 minute of free translation if the artist speaks a different language. After that you have to pay for some type of membership which I feel isn’t fair especially when there is no guarantee that your comment will even be seen. The comments need to be monitored because a lot of ppl come in there to slander artists or make inappropriate comments about their love lives or even sexuality. That’s not something I would like to be subjected to while trying to interact with a professional artist. I have reported several comments for this very reason. Maybe there also needs to be an age limit as well? Something needs to be done if you want ppl to pay money for memberships,etc because that is not a fair trade! The purpose of the app is to CONNECT with artists not for yall to MONETIZE.
