This app is a scam. Whenever I try to withdraw money, they deny it citing "alleged fraudulent activity," but they never specify where or when I supposedly committed fraud. I contact them to resolve the issue and tell them I have proof that I haven't done anything wrong, but they don't care; they just repeat that it was due to fraud and take away my points.

Please fix the level/ rewards issue
I absolutely love WeWard! It’s been great for me, my family and friends, and it has genuinely encouraged us all to walk a lot more. I love the idea of being rewarded for something as simple and healthy as walking! ❤️
There is just one issue that I’m hoping you can help fix. One of my friends can see her level on the Activity page and receives gifts whenever she levels up, such as WeWard card packs and boosts. However, me and other members of my family don’t have a level showing on the Activity page and we haven’t received any of the level-up gifts.
The only way I can see my level is when someone clicks on my profile, where it shows that I’m already over level 20. This makes me worried that I may have missed out on lots of the level-up rewards without even realising it. 😔
Could you please look into this and fix the issue? I’d really love to be able to see my level properly and receive the rewards I’ve earned. Aside from this glitch, I genuinely love the app and think it’s a brilliant way to motivate people to get more steps in! ❤️

Rewarding Step Counter
I tried one other walking app before, and i really enjoyed it. I maxed out everyday and was able to save up on the app currency for promotional items being sold. This app is like that app on steroids. I like how there is a sense of achievement and still being able to challenge myself. On days where I rest from long walks, I can do some interactive activities on the app. I look forward to see how this app and I progress together.

It’s not an honest app. My husband downloaded the app a few months ago. He reached $10 and by the next day he was at $4. There are better walking apps out there.

I just had $10 in the app. I only need it 400 something coins to get my $10 pay payout they drop me all the way back to four dollars. Do not recommend I got one payout and I haven’t got a payout since.

I understand the slow earn in rewards I guess, but what I don’t understand is that the app takes away the awards you have earned if you did not cash out. I’ve had the app
for a week and earned around $1.75, not enough to cash out. Today, when I converted my steps, it started back at $0. So now I have only around $.75. Not sure how you’re supposed to get to the actual reward at that rate.

Old Bait and Switch
I was having fun with the app. Granted it was taking awhile to earn anything major but I was having fun. I was at just over 19.00 in redeemable value. I was super excited. Less than 8 hours later I checked and it was only around 9.00. In less than a day the redeemable value went down by 10.00. I feel scammed. I thought I was being responsible saving up my points but I only saved up to be ripped off.

This is an absurd app like I got up to nearly 9 dollars and then I get on and my total drops back to 4.00 like I’m starting over like the scam of these ppl is insane.

I don’t understand how this app has good reviews. When I get close to having enough to redeem it goes down to less than $2 . Definitely a scam!.
Disappointed
Last night I had over $23 in redeemable wewards. Today I only have $11 and I never cashed out or donated any of my wewards. It’s almost impossible to contact app support. I’m leaving my review at 1 star until something changes.

I was really looking forward to being able to using this app but as I am in a wheelchair and unable to walk it’s out of the question. I guess the developers decided to cater to those without disabilities.

😤Stopped in the middle!
I was at 489 days of walking as of July 28, 2026 this app just stopped recording my steps and progress! I’ve updated the app, I’ve contacted them and all they keep saying is I need to connect to fitness in my settings! Why would my settings stop all of a sudden if I’ve been using this app over 4 years????? So it’s not that. They want me to buy things and I can’t right now so it feels like they are keeping my progress hostage until I do. Also I never win anything more than 2 points when I spin but they constantly remind me ppl are winning 10k points; how annoying! Going back and forth in my email asking me the same questions over and over feels like someone in tech is playing games with me and not really trying to help me solve this issue. I’ve contacted u on Instagram and TikTok and email so why did the app stop working for me and I walk A LOT!!!! I used to get rewards when I first downloaded this over 4 years ago now I have $1.36 and haven’t been able to cash out or get anything worth having. This app is a scam and a BIG waste of my time now. It frustrates me and I am generally joyful person. I don’t like who I’m becoming using this app and trying to resolve a problem that is NOT my fault! Do BETTER! Great but hugely flawed
When I first got this app, I lived in a town and it was great because I could collect all seven cards very easily on a daily basis. In fact I had a choice of directions in which I could go. However, now I have moved to a small village in the country, and there are only two cards available in my village. I have plenty of walking routes I take on a daily basis, but they are all foot parts, and very few of them are roads because we only have three roads in the village. To be able to collect my full allocation of seven cards, I would have to walk some 3 miles a day along dangerous fast roads which link villages.
So the app which I have paid for has now become completely useless to me, because it has only been programmed to work on tarmac/asphalt roads.

Don’t waste your time.
Hands down the worst customer support I have dealt with. It takes weeks to get a reply, and when they finally answer, it is just a chatbot sending the exact same generic error message over and over. I’ve been trying to get help opening an account and joining a family circle, but nobody actually reads what you send. Complete waste of time!
