Back on June 14th, the app wouldnt let me sign in. Called my company and it turns out that EFS/WEX had turned it off due to fraud. They had flagged two purchases totaling $3400 the day before. My company started working with them and were told that it could be up to 30 days before I got my money back. So I waited and the 30 days has come and gone. My company contacted them about it and now EFS/WEX says it could be up to 90 days! WTH! They are the ones who caught the fraud. And when I notify my bank or credit card company, I get the money back or the charge removed immediately! But with EFS/WEX, I have to wait 90 days? For what reason?!

They’ve turned my card off for no reason(took me an hour to fix the problem and get fuel) wouldn’t let me get fuel at a QT a couple times(another hour wasted getting them to fix the problems and get fuel)… nothing but problems.

No way to share with accountant without taking a screenshot.
I need a way to share transactions as a PDF to share with accountant. Taking a screenshot is clunky, fills up camera roll and doesn’t look as good as a PDF.
App Issue
App takes time to load, the fuel map feature sometimes work sometimes it doesn’t. I can’t see prices for fuel in my area or in my route. Fuel price also tends to be different from what the pump says.

I’ve had this card for 3-4 weeks now and not seen one bit of savings. Have been charged full price even tho the app says it is at a discounted price. PLUS you get charged $1.25 transaction fee so it is over the board price DO NOT USE THIS CARD IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY

This app has stopped working again. It won’t allow me to login for whatever reason. It keeps saying that my card number/or pin number is invalid. I’ve deleted the app several times and started all over again, but it’s still doing the same thing. Please fix this issue ASAP, it’s the only way that I can see my account/transactions.

Doesn’t let me check fuel prices anywhere since two weeks ago
Not user friendly!
You should be able to choose the truck stop on a map to find your prices. Trying to put in routes just to find prices is not user friendly. And half the time your route doesn’t even go the way I go with my semi. And if the truck stop is on the other side of town, good luck getting a fuel price. The only reason a 2, because once you get a price, it’s normally accurate. Feel free to contact me if you would like help.

What happened?
Ever since the fuel prices went up I am no longer able to check fuel prices along my route. I can only “search nearby.”

We need at least a 100 mile distance, 25 miles is too short
