Load times
Terribly designed app. Load times are outrageous and that every single page needs reloaded even for going back is ridiculous. And why does it not leave me logged in? Having to automatically log back in every time I open the app is terrible design. There ought to be an offline mode that saves the previously loaded appointments for when we techs are in places with little or no phone signal.
All in all a terrible app that I would not touch with a ten foot pole if it weren’t for my work.
The only upside is that it is better than the previous app, which was unacceptably busted. Slightly less stinking turd all the same.

Liked old Payzerware better
I’m not a big fan of the new program. I did like the Payzerware better the old way I felt it was faster and easier to operate when in the field this one just seems a lot slower.
Do not recommend
Offline mode doesn’t work properly. App doesn’t always import pictures from phones to system without grainy textures.

As a current WEX employee and former Payzer employee, Ive witnessed firsthand the transformation of an already special and reliable mobile app into something even faster, more intuitive, and more powerful, yet somehow requiring even fewer clicks. Really impressive upgrade overall.

Complete piece of garbage app as usual. Your programmers are hacks. No customer support for App. Use different product !!!!
Unbelievably slow
If you like spending 10 minutes waiting on things to load Everytime you click something this is the app for you. So annoyingly bad.

One issue with the keyboard, but other than that was able to get through the day easily on the new system.

An improvement from the previous app, especially invoicing and not having to take the extra step. It will take a little for our techs to get used to it, but a good start
