Can’t get to my notes just spins and loads forever

I think sometimes they intentionally make things not work. So you have to attempt to get them to work with AI which so far has not fixed jack! Very frustrating when out in the field and a customer adds another address that they want you to check and they are paying and it will not allow it. The AI sucks. Pops up many ideas none work

Load times
Terribly designed app. Load times are outrageous and that every single page needs reloaded even for going back is ridiculous. And why does it not leave me logged in? Having to automatically log back in every time I open the app is terrible design. There ought to be an offline mode that saves the previously loaded appointments for when we techs are in places with little or no phone signal.
All in all a terrible app that I would not touch with a ten foot pole if it weren’t for my work.
The only upside is that it is better than the previous app, which was unacceptably busted. Slightly less stinking turd all the same.

Liked old Payzerware better
I’m not a big fan of the new program. I did like the Payzerware better the old way I felt it was faster and easier to operate when in the field this one just seems a lot slower.
Do not recommend
Offline mode doesn’t work properly. App doesn’t always import pictures from phones to system without grainy textures.
