Deleting reviews
This app continues to delete any reviews leaving honest words, such as how insanely slow the app is at all times, and tech support will always blame it on either your device, or that you need to get the customers wifi info. How dare they suggest I ask for such personal information how unprofessional!! Do NOT put your techs or office staff through the punishment of using this app - there are way way way better options with much better capabilities, and actually load at a reasonable speed. This will make you want to just use pen and paper, that’s how slow this is. And they said it would go cloud like 8 months ago, still no update, because they don’t care. I’ve used the tech AND admin side of their product so I’ve seen inside and out, absolutely 1/5 stars.
