Fix your updates
I’ve been unable to access the app as it says I need the new update but the latest update available for me is 4 months ago please get the new update in the AppStore and dont make your app useless before the update is available
So glitchy
Previous app was far more reliable. This thing works 50/50
New app disappoints
This app is slow, harder to see account details, and doesn’t connect to e-transfers from other banking institutions very well. Upgrading for upgrading sake ruined a perfectly good app before this new app. If you get be ready to be frustrated.
Was better before update
The app worked great before the update. Now it’s more complicated with seemingly less features. After the update it doesn’t read cheques properly forcing you to go down and deposit (difficult for people in remote areas) and you can’t see status of pending transfers or cancel them. Plus the whole thing runs extremely slower than the old app. I hope they can get it back up to par soon. Only upside is facial recognition is now available.
