Lil Lost Texan

Due to employment obligations, I am currently away from my home in Texas. The WFAA App keeps me plugged into my North Texas roots. Thank you WFAA!

Thank you for the update. Thank you for the news.

Bad!!

What happen to all the Radars? Cannot find anywhere. This app has become atrocious!!

Unwanted notifications (Too bad I can’t rate 0 stars)

I downloaded the app for weather alerts, and my settings only allow weather related notifications.

Instead I receive multiple unwanted notifications for the start of NBA and WNBA games, potato chips, puddles of water on roads, K-POP concerts and other topics I do not want. Repeated requests to the app developers are ignored.

Do not download unless you want unnecessary notifications.

WFAA North Texas

The unbiased approach WFAA offers in my beloved DF W area and the whole wonderful state of Texas is unparalleled by any other media outlet. In my opinion Cynthia and Pete make me feel like family. Everyone is on top of their game thank you thank you God bless.!!!

Update

Can we not the daily news at anytime of day anymore? That was what I loved. If I had a late night, I could wake up late morning and still watch the 5am news as well as the 7am news at anytime that day, even that night if I wanted to. I hope that feature comes back soon.

Don’t Try To Fix What Isn’t Broken

I’ve used the WFAA app for many years. Recently there was a complete makeover of it. Ever since, the radar is lacking, less details and options, more clunky and less easy to navigate. I am all for improving things, but in my opinion, it is now worse. I miss the easy and better weather pages!

Made Radar and readability worse

I’ve used the app for years and the old weather radar was not only more readable, but easier to process for other regions. The future tracking part doesn’t seem to work after 1-2 hours ahead and overall think it’s a bad feature. It takes longer to update now and the pure white is straining on the eyes. The app overall needs a dark mode. If it’s there, I can’t find it where most people would look for it.

Excellent

I just want to Thank you for having the news so available for us!

Interactive Radar and Weather section

Updated App on iPad July 7, 2026, disappointed. The last 2 updates, were the opposite of improvements. I reference the news and weather very often, and especially when inclement weather is expected, sometimes used to see radar in other areas of the USA, now radar is glitchy with a noticeable loss of usefulness. Disappointed.

BS

This app won’t even install on my phone even as an update because it has the wrong iOS!
My phone is updated and is iOS 3. Your app says iOS 6. Good luck with that.

Pete Delkus is the best weather forecaster in America …don’t tell New York or Chicago! Shh!

He’s the reason I got the app. We now live near Austin in the HILL COUNTRY. We lived in Dallas for many years…then moved to Washington, DC then back to BIG D!
He’s the greatest! I even texted him to ask where he bought his clothes 10 years ago and HE TOLD ME!
I miss Dale …we watched him through his whole career…the two of them together are like Abbott and Costello!😂🤣😂

Good Job(s)

I like the national ABC connection; speaking of “liking”, I like the friendly local people too, especially Jesse (concerned that he seems less visible lately) and the sports team. I also like the increased role of the “traffic” lady.
—I wish that the channel included many more Rangers games like the Wings and Mavericks on KFAA 29!😏

WFAA is the best

Love y’all with constant weather updates

Radar crashes a lot

Recent updates make app crash almost every time I open radar. Two year old iPhone with newest software and plenty of memory. Deleted/Reinstalled five times. Same issue each time.

En job joy listening to what going on in the Dallas Texas area

I enjoy listening to to the Dallas ft worth news and see what’s happening .

Stop repeating stories

A lot of repeat information, no need to update so often when there’s actually no new details.
