Unable to open app
I was able to open the app on 4/5/2026 at 2200hrs but wasn’t able to login to the app at 2327hrs although I already keyed in the correct login details
O zero. Super horrible

very lousy app !!! at first it keep you logged out . then it was “improved “, but then it does not show correct screen . you need to log out and log in again to have a correct screen . now it became worst .i cannot log in so many times that i have to install and reinstall ang keep asking for the authenticator from the IT support.

Slow performance
If I could give zero stars, I would.
The app takes an extremely long time to log in, frequently logs out on its own, and often requires me to delete and reinstall it just to access it again. This is incredibly frustrating and inefficient. The development team really needs to address these issues urgently.

WFO please buck up
As much as I really dislike whenever WFO does an upgrade because it's like chopping off your left hand to fix on your right hand, I do like the fact that WFO cuts down a lot of manual work when applied with the correct rules and logic. WFO PLS PLS PLS BUCK UP before the management switches to another rostering tool with new set of problems. Other companies are already pitching their ideas! 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

Please update
For newer iphones with Dynamic Islands, the app’s search function is not easy to click on. When looking for specific staff on the app, cannot search easily.

Can pls review , for the two factor authentication page, there is no qr code pops up , only blank , and no code provided to be copied in 😔 cn do smtg abt it, if not i am unable to get my job done, thank you

The most not developed app I ever see
I wish to not give any star to the app if the system allowed. Pages was frequently unable to load. Need to log in and log out multiple times to just load the page or else it takes ages! The shift option are frequently not available /missing when wanted to request. Not sure why the organisation still using this app.
