New app
Not sure yet, just loaded app. Looking for tv listings and getting error code. Adjusting to new layout. We’ll see. Not liking the amount of info needed to do SIMPLE things.
Issues watching live!
I use the app to watch the news in the mornings and there are frequent days when the programming doesn’t match and I end up wasting time trying to get the live newscast. This occurs frequently and is frustrating.
New app version is TERRIBLE
The new updated version is TERRIBLE.. Just want to read the news on the app. Not have adds and videos forced on me when I select a headline!

What I find annoying is the pop-up ads that appear when you are trying to change articles or read an article and have to change pages or whatever and then it pops up and you gotta sit there and wait for it to disappear or click on it to read it. And my particular case of the roofing ad just does not do anything for me because I don’t need a new roof. I live in a condo unit and the condo takes care of the roof. The change over to the new format is a little disconcerting because you gotta find your way around. There’s no instructions to tell you where to look that can be very frustrating for those that are technologically challenged so in general not really happy with it the new format, my issues may seem minor to you but their major to me. Thanks for all the news that you put out there. It’s really great to watch you guys you are on my channel.

To much click bait
I like WFSB for news, but really dislike how the app gives you push notifications with only a small portion of the story.
Other news apps actually give you notifications that give you enough information to see if you want to read the whole story, not just click bait.
Seriously considering deleting the app.

Bring back the last set up
I can’t find anything on this “updated” version. Even the search stinks

The app seems pretty good only if it's like 2 feet in front of me is there any way to increase the size of the font?
Bad App Management
Every time i click on a story and then try to watch the video for it, the video has nothing to do with the story. Please go back to the way it was. Please have the videos be about the story that they are above. Please try to do better, please.🙏
Bad update
The app used to be decent but the watch live option is extremely glitchy. I can’t make it full screen anymore. It takes multiple tries to unmute the video.
Obnoxious Ads
The WFSB website has become almost impossible to visit due to the obnoxious ads that PERSIST while navigating the site. I understand the need for advertising to help cover the cost of providing the service, but I have found channel 3‘s ads not only hijack your page, but sometimes makes it impossible to do anything without closing out the app altogether. I’ve moved on to FOX61 news now.

Read not watch
Please make all stories readable as well as watchable. I don’t want to watch the stories or news. I want to be able to read it when I am not in a situation to watch.
New update
The newest update is bad Adds don’t clear I am frustrated and deleting and getting a new local news channel Would not give any stars if I could
Worst update ever
Wow I am just blown away by how bad this app is now.
Auto play video
This most recent update causes videos to automatically play, including audio when trying to read an article. There is no way of disabling autoplay for this app.
Alerts
My biggest complaint is I can’t delete the alerts!
Why? Why isn’t there a delete or clear button. There is no sense in all these alerts staying on my phone and in the app! What is the point?
I read an alert, if I choose to keep it awhile longer, I will. The majority of the time I delete them all. Please add a delete of clear button to get rid of the alerts. No sense whatsoever for there not to be a delete or clear button.
If I find anything else that is irritating , I write again.
Oh ya, the reviews on the app are years old! Get rid of them. They are no help for the updated app in 2026!

Freezer
This ap used to be good. After latest update it is not anymore. If it loads at all it takes forever, most of the time it won't load, just freezes. When it does open its only worthwhile during the week. Weekends it junk. No updates or current news. Don't waste your time with this ap. There are better local news aps.

New update ruined the app
Whatever they did in this update makes the app so laggy. The pop up ads every 2 seconds make in unusable and I can’t even share articles anymore.
Latest Update is garbage
App was great now every time you open it an add appears that is timed. No thanks. I’ll catch news updates elsewhere
Share button doesn’t work
Apps worse then the old one a bunch of click bait on the bottom and the share button doesn’t work at all
