Take for every for my stuff to load up l. I have to keep signing out to get an update.

This app is always crashing. Everytime I try to log in to check my pay stubs the app takes forever to load
Tuesday Glitching
Every tuesday the app glitches for hours making it impossible to log in. This issue has gone on long enough and needs to be corrected.
The worst app I’ve ever had
Glitches out and constantly crashes. Then wants you to log back in where it takes over 5 minutes to get to the home page. If and I mean IF it loads then you get nowhere you try to select paychecks or any other basic activity in the app. Truly a waste of money to whoever you’re paying to code and program the app

This is the worst app ever!
Im a worker at waffle house and this is where i can check out all of my stuff and it will log me out and not let me log in randomly and it’s extremely frustrating beings that i have to look at my checks through there
Terrible User Experience
When using the app for associate uses it hardly works. The app experiences consistent downtime, errors, broken functionality and much more. Even logging into the app doesn’t work most days whether that be from website availability, buttons working improperly or it just plain not working.

this has to be genuinely a top 2 slowest app i’ve ever used across all technology. it’s 2026 now and this app still has the worst user interface along with it being a sluggish pos. do better
Terrible
The app is supposed to help employees keep up with their schedule, pay, benefits, and stock if owned. The app is slow and most times it doesn’t load. It would also be nice if the app sent a notification when scheduling changes because let’s be honest, who checks this thing multiple times a day to see if the schedule changed?!?

Worst app ever
This is the worst app out of any app I’ve ever used. It’s always messing up. I usually have to go to the website. It’s pretty much useless. Whoever developed this and maintains this app needs to be fired immediately.

Really bad and frustrating app
This app does nothing right. It randomly logs you out delete your information freezes get stuck on a white screen doesn’t load doesn’t refresh and stays on the freeze screen on a daily basis.

Terrible buggy app
I have tried to get this app to work for a year for my employee portal and it’s just another outdated Waffle House thing. It doesn’t let you log in and takes forever to load if it does let you log in. And I even deleted and reinstalled it with no help. Honestly this app should be deleted or you guys need to take it back to the lab and do some SERIOUS IMPROVEMENTS

I just started at waffle house an it been tuff leaning the marks with the plates really don’t help with speed but I’m giving it my best then boom this app just blows it today I haven’t been able too check my schedule or my check sub smh
Lagging, log out, everything’s wrong
I work at Waffle House atm and it’s such a hassle dealing with the app. I can’t even press something sometimes with out its freezing or not doing anything.
Poorly coded
I’m a employee and use this app and its useful but it’s really bad. Sometimes it just doesn’t work and sometimes it logs you out for no reason. For a multi-million dollar company this app is very poorly coded and I feel they could’ve made this app much better.
Direct Deposit issues
New employee that cannot set up her USAA account to receive direct deposit. Employee app allows only 9 digits for routing number field, yet, my USAA routing number is 10 digits. Very frustrating.
It’s perfect, just one flaw.
It’s very good, but the only thing that bothers me about it is that there isn’t a way to mark your availability on the app. So, when your boss goes to put in the schedule they have a reminder that you can’t work certain days/shifts. That is all, thank you so much.
