App is not working
I’ve tried multiple times to use this app and have had no luck. When I try to open the app it says that it’s under construction.

Tried to download app and open. There is a statement that it isn’t ready. Also it says Business when I am a residential customer. Guess I won’t use the app

You should include the day you want the payment for. For example, my payment is due on the 28th and I am necessarily paying on the 23rd.
Last month, I was late 3 days because my water bill hadn't arrived and I already had to pay interest. I want a pre-scheduled payment, something you should allow

The app has told me that I owe $114 for three months. The app will not allow me to change the amount that I pay. When I called the City of WH they said people have complained about that and I should stick with using the website. Fix the app or disable it.
App Rating
The App isn’t the greatest when paying your bill. Several times I have tried paying my bill and it says payment cannot be processed at this time. Also, I would prefer to schedule a payment since I sit down at the end of the month to schedule payment s for the next coming month.
Will not accept pmt
This site needs help, took 3 times of entering cc info then finally after not working loaded bank info not user friendly and access to service is poor, yet quick to disconnect.
Should work great
App needs a major overhaul. It never works. Tells me to log on later most of the time. Plus. when I am to submit payment, I receive an “apology error. Payments not accepted at this time. Try again later”. Words to that effect. I end up logging on through my laptop or making the payment by phone. According to apple downloads, the app hasn’t been updated in over a year.
