I clicked on the trial to try it free for a week, which is $0.79, and I was happy to pay that, but this app took $40.99 out of my bank account without me realising. I have requested a refund from Apple Support, and it will take two to four days to process, but I want the creators of this app to be aware of the situation I am in and the fact that other people may be experiencing this.
In the fine print below the purchase, it said nothing about spending $40.99, and the only price was $0.79 a week. I want my money back, and I want the app creators to make sure that people can select their payment. Not only did I get money taken from my account unwillingly, the app didn’t work as advertised.

It charged me $30 for no reason it still charged me when I canceled all subscriptions and deleted the app.

Realmente estaba buscando una aplicación que me ayudara a elegir oufit pues por qué ya con mi estilo no me encuentro, pero esta aplicación lo que hace es que compara tu foto con imágenes que ya tiene guardada, en realidad no te evalúa tu tipo de cuerpo ni estilo etc, eso si si te ayuda a escojer que tipo de colorimetria eres . Pero no pague la membresía.

Not happy with color analysis: WhatColors
Not happy with having to pay $30 & not even be able to try a new color & hairstyle together to see if I’d like it. Not worth the $30 AT ALL!! DO NOT GET!! Also, doesn’t have an option to cancel yearly so that I don’t get charged next year. Please help me.

Found on TikTok, definitely low quality, cheaply produced. Photos rarely work, states it is not the right quality. 100% Not as advertised. Clicked the link to contact, but no contact exists. It’s a waste.

This app will not accept any photo I submit. I tried different angles, lighting and it keeps saying it cannot detect anything. After multiple attempts I just gave up. Also find it frustrating there is no brown color options when using the hair color. Don’t waste your money this app is terrible!

Can’t do it
I download this app to see my good outfit, palette and makeup palette and just color palette for me in general. But what made me mad is I had to pay for it and it was something a lot of money yearly and I didn’t have the money to do that, and it would only show me two things out of my color palette, which was really annoying. They should upgrade this and maybe they should have it to where it’s free and where they can do it better I’m sorry, but this is just my opinion
