DOESNT WORK.
I’ve been trying to log my team in for 3 weeks, we’re a small business of 4, the helpline do come back but with useless questions and no solutions.
1 Month Without My Business Account — No Real Support
I have been using WhatsApp Business for my business, but my account has been unavailable for almost one month. During this entire period, I have repeatedly contacted WhatsApp Support, submitted grievances, sent emails, contacted the Grievance Officer, and tried every official support channel available to me.
I have provided the requested information and documents multiple times, but I keep receiving the same automated replies without any clear explanation, proper investigation, or definite resolution.
My business has been seriously affected because I cannot properly access my account, communicate with customers, or continue normal business operations. I have suffered significant financial loss because of this issue.
The most frustrating part is the lack of a clear timeline or responsible person who can actually resolve the problem. After waiting for almost a month, I still have no proper answer about when my account will be restored.
WhatsApp is used by millions of businesses. There should be a proper human support and escalation system for genuine business account issues.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking WhatsApp to properly review my case, explain the reason for the restriction, and restore my account if there is no violation.
Please provide real support instead of repeating automated responses.

Violation of privacy and miss use of information is a serious violation of the law.
Restricting of accounts every time
Pls fix the issue. Let’s say for instance I just added my number on the app and I was restricted immediately it was resolved I texted my frnd hi then I was restricted again it’s so annoying

Impossible to create group chats
