Lost chat
I’ve been using this app since 2022, and then one day I woke up to find all of my chats had disappeared. Even worse, WhatsApp was gone completely and asked me to register my number again as if I were a new user. Years of conversations and memories seem to have been lost without any warning. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. An app that stores such important personal data should be far more reliable and provide better protection against unexpected data loss.

WhatsApp allows you to set up “Automatic”auto replies messages and /quick replies…. Yet the constantly temporary ban you when you use it too much! So odd, or if you get a bit viral and you begin to reply to all the new leads with the same copy/paste message and like if we’re spamming. Their should be a “history of spam reporting rating system” if no one reposts us as spam why is your system locking us down? Additionally when or if you do, the technology exists to tell us which “exact” policy we are breaking so we can address it more effectively. Use your AI in your policy identification notifications to your end users…. Tell us exactly what we did wrong so we can correct the violations faster…. I have to wait 7 days without knowing if I will trigger policy violations again and again… which I am sure only adds negative points to our account.
