I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my WhatsApp account has been banned without any proper reason or explanation. I have been using this WhatsApp number for the past 8 years, and suddenly my account was banned even though I have not knowingly done anything wrong or violated any rules. What is even more frustrating is that I have not been given any clear reason for why my account was banned. I hve used WhatsApp all my life and recently my accounts been sent to review everyday twice a day only giving me access for 2 hours each day. Today it’s banned me with no review possible.
I have asked the in app help and honesty no help because it’s AI and I’ve asked for help from the help centre and again no help as it’s AI.
This whole process has been mad eke very distressed. I only use my phone to message friends and family with occasional colleagues messaging me.
