Size Chart Inoperable
I have unsuccessfully tried to get the size chart to convert from its default of tops measurements. It absolutely will not show the measurements for bottoms. I have tried using a different web browser and the app. It still doesn’t work.
Extremely buggy app
App malfunctions every few days: it prompts me to re-log in and then does not accept my credentials. After resetting password, I receive an incorrect log in creds error message. During the period when I am logged in successfully, my cart is unable to be accessed. Even after in- and re-installing the app, it is not functional.

Favorite tab doesn’t work
The app is ok, slow to refresh and load, glitches when scrolling and the most frustrating thing is the favorites tab it will say I have 19 saved favorites and only show 3 or 5 and never works. I’ve had the app for years and decided to write a review of my frustrations! Please fix this!
Password reset doesn’t work
Can’t ever get online in the app or a browser. Reset email doesn’t come
I love the clothes and their styles, but I hate the app
I love everything about WHBM, great quality, great prices, great customer service. The app however is extremely buggy. I’ve added things to my wish list and they disappeared, it jumps around and is extremely slow. The website is buggy too. It just doesn’t work, you lose your place in scrolling. Please fix the app and the website so I don’t have this anxiety about shopping online, that I will lose the clothes I picked up

What’s wrong with Favorites?
I can’t save anything in Favorites. So, I have to go back in and look for what I wanted and I’m forgetting what I wanted…not sure ehat the issue is.
“Favorites” Feature Malfunction
The old version of the APP was awesome! I could save my “Favorites” and view them, and there was a link to the Factory Outlet store. Now, my “Favorites” no longer work, so I can’t keep track of what I like, and the blazers that I would purchase monthly via the Factory Outlet store link are no longer an option because the link has been removed. I’ve updated, deleted and redownloaded the APP and it still does not work. WHBM has been my favorite store for over a decade. Please fix. 😢

Kind of glitchy app
The app is ok for searching but the favorites and save for later function just don’t work, so I have to start all over every time I come to the app. Lots of time wasted
WHBM updated Application
The new app is so hard to navigate through. I can’t see if item is at my local store. I wish we could go back to the old app. Why is it taking so long to ship items I used to get everything in less then 5 days now it takes 2 weeks. I do Love White House Black Market!
Outfits options
Love the app but I will love that the app gives you the option to go to the matching pieces easily or the wearables options around the main piece 🤔
Great store, horrible app
0 stars. There are constant issues with this app. Sale prices on items often don’t transfer to your cart, if items in your cart happen to go on sale you won’t get the sale price unless you delete and re-add to your cart, my favorites list has not worked properly in months (I add items but they disappear and don’t reappear in my favorites until I delete the items that do show and even then they only reappear one at a time), now I am trying to add items to my cart and it keeps saying there is an issue and to reopen the app but closing and reopening it isn’t resolving the problem, sometimes I go to check out and it just says there is a problem and won’t allow me to check out often until some of my items are sold out, if one item in your cart sells out they remove it from the cart but when I go to check out I get a message that I need to remove the items before I can check out (but I can’t remove it because they already did), photos of clothing are often inaccurate, coupon codes from the mail never ever work, I could go on and on. This app is seriously the worst and I love the store so I really wish they could get it under control. It’s insanely frustrating.

Web Browser version versus app
I am disappointed and surprised the app doesn’t have the outfit combo recommendations that are show through the browser website view.
I have shopped at WHBM for years. In general, I think they are over prices for the quality. Often I know I’m Buying an outfit that will only look good one time, I’ll look good the one time though! The sweaters especially degrade quickly, one wash and even when careful you notice a difference. shoes and belts just fell apart on the hangar after little use.

Horrible App
This app is terrible, it doesn’t work when you need it. Trying to put anything in my favorites is impossible and worthless, it never works. What a waste of time trying to use it. Please fix it!
Error in wishlist
The wishlist feature on the app and the website is not working. I add clothes to wishlist but they are just never there. It has been so long and the bug hasn’t been fixed yet.
Disappearing favorites
I purchase most of my clothing here and on the phone app, it is SO frustrating that when I keep a running list of things I want to purchase, the list will disappear. Now it won’t even save my favorites. As soon as I favorite something the number goes up and then when I go to the list it all disappears. I really don’t have time to to go through the whole website every time I want to purchase to remember what I was interested in.

Missing My Favorites
The Favorite feature is not working properly. My faves are saved. When I log back into the app they are gone. For a while it showed the number of my favorites but the image and info did not appear. Now i have to take screenshots since Favorites is useless at the moment. Please fix it.
