I am a new customer at Wheatland Bank. The mobile app works fine for basic functions and I haven’t had any issues. When opening an account, make sure to have cash on hand or access to a secondary account because it takes a while to get your debit card and checks. I like the drive up window and interaction with the live tellers, but I wish they would reposition the ATM to a more private location; it’s on a busy street in plain sight.

Mobil check deposit is not user friendly
Who ever accepts the Mobil deposits makes it difficult. There is a box on most checks now to check for Mobil deposit but she won’t allow that. She wants ur written out. I had hand surgery so it’s not easy to write it all out.
Love the bank not a fan of the app.
This app is a constant pain. I never know if I am going to successfully log into my account due to the bugs the app has. However the bank is amazing and if it wasn’t for the person connections I have with the bank I would not be with them.

How often can the app be down?
Past couple of months it has seemed to be a game the bank is playing to see how often their services can be down. Get it together guys
Very delayed data.
The app seems very delayed recently and is not giving me my alerts.

Crashes all the time and getting help to fix online account is annoying.

Never lets you log in
I like them as a bank, but their app is horrendous. Pretty much never lets you sign in so I’m constantly on the phone with customer service. Also, I wish they hadn’t gotten rid of the “search transactions” feature. I wish Wheatland read these reviews because I’m clearly not the only person with this issue.

Mobile deposit lacking
Terribly difficult to get a check to mobile deposit. And the deposit limits are set so low it’s basically useless.
Great App
Wheatland has really upped their game here. They have all the features of the big banks and credit unions but you still get the great relationship based banking they have always had.
Frustrating
Rarely works for more that a couple months at a time, or in this case 2days in a row. Even to write this review I have to create a nickname and have received 12 “already in use” messages- give me a break!

Nice improvements
I like the new update. I wish they would add back a transaction search options for the app though.
