Broken and Developer Doesn’t Care
The app features don’t work.
Can’t add a task to an event, can’t add a note, everything causes the app to crash, and the developer never fixes these issues, just pushes out useless things like more notification sounds.
Don’t bother wasting your precious time setting this app up, you’ll be disappointed.

From a UI standpoint, Wheeldone is thoughtfully built. The navigation is intuitive, the animations smooth, and the planning flow is clear for beginners and advanced users.

The app works very well. I’d love to see a higher-contrast dark theme for better night-time use.

Great, but...
I love the app a lot! It does exactly what I needed with the exact specifications I was looking for in a planner app, and I pay for the full version because I love it so much. The only problems I have are that it sometimes struggles with a few small things (Like setting a notification to go off for an event that has multiple different schedules) as well as other small things. Usually it can be fixed by simply closing out and going back in, but not always. I've tried contacting support, but all links to do so simply close the app without any actual contact method given. Today, the app has been claiming I don't have the full version and won't allow me my premium features, and like I said before, contacting support isn't possible. If this could get fixed ASAP, I would be more than happy to give the app the 5 stars it really deserves.

I’ve been using Wheeldone for a bit now, and I’m seriously impressed by how it helps me keep my day on track. It’s not just a boring to-do list—more like a buddy that keeps me on my game. Love the reminders and how easy it is to tweak my plans on the fly. Definitely a must-have if you wanna feel more productive without feeling like you’re drowning in tasks.

Great, but not perfect
I really love the ideal with 24hour circle ,now my 2 hour lesson seems not that scary, but you have to work with convenience, for an example I like one sound for messages and want it for all my activities, but i have to change it all the time (with 10+ activities per day it is not pleasant) add „favorites“

Good app but could be better
When Im adding activities for the day, there is no option for me to see my other activities for the day. Like when I scroll to the times I want the activity to be placed I often overlap activities as the entire “wheel” goes blank when adding. I then need to go into the calendar view and manually change the times which is a pain and it makes me not want to use the app. I am paying a subscription so a tiny improvement would really make this app worth the investment. It would also be good to customise the wheel (choose the timeframe per day) since alot of my tasks that go for like an hour or less look very small and the wheel becomes very messy. If I choose the timeframe per frame 8am to 10pm, the total wheel will be 14 hours making activities easier to see.

Great Features, Room for Improvement
Wheeldone is great for staying organized — love the task categories and reminders. It’s simple and easy to use, though I do wish it had more advanced stuff like project tracking. But if you want a no-stress daily planner, it’s a solid pick!
