User reviews

Too simple

Wayyy too simple. It advertises simplicity as a positive but really it’s its downfall. No info for what different icons mean, no info can be added about bathrooms, parking, etc and as wheelchair users know not all bathrooms or parking spaces are created equal. This app is about as useful as a Google Maps overview of a place, those at least people can comment on their reviews. Literally any other accessibility map app is better than this one.

Can’t correct false info

I just found this app based in a recommendation in an article I was reading about handicap accessibility. Because I’m familiar with my area I checked out some of the local recommendations to see about accuracy. I noted one location there is completely inaccessible. It has been for two years for anyone with a walker or wheelchair. How can this be corrected? Secondly as one review said some instructions would be helpful. Thirdly even if the bathrooms are accessible, if you can’t get in the building, it doesn’t make any difference. Nice concept app, short on execution. Keep on trying.

Data not accurate and cannot edit locations.

Accidentally added our home address and can’t find any way to remove it!!

Poor information

I looked at about 10 locations around us and every one was incorrect or has no description. Great idea for an app but needs more work s add me some moderation to ensure the information is correct.

Ability to delete incorrect locations

The app needs a way to delete incorrect locations or a way to inform developers to maintain incorrect locations but it would help it say I added a location and I added it wrong I could delete and or amend
