This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff was dismissive and showed no effort to solve the problem. After spending a lot of time trying to get help, I left feeling ignored and frustrated. I would not recommend this service unless they seriously improve how they treat customers.

Service is very bad

The app is good and informative, but the service is very poor. To get support, you have to call at least 10 times. Another drawback is that while other similar apps display 20 or more loads in a particular state, this app often shows only 1.

3 times more charge than market price and their staff are very arrogant..

Not at all worth it, I tried booking an Eicher vehicle from Hyderabad to Vizianagaram for which the market price is 25-28k, they given us 58k+gst. When I asked the price is very high than market price they spoke very arrogantly “if you want you book the vehicle otherwise no problem we are not asked you to book the vehicle from our app”. They don’t even know how to talk to the customer, before booking itself they are speaking like this if something happens after booking the vehicle no one is responsible from their end.. so please guys think twice before booking a vehicle in their app..

Total Scam – Charged me but claiming no order exists!

Avoid this app! Two months ago, I purchased a GPS tracker through this app. The payment went through perfectly, and the money was debited from my bank account. The app even shows my active order. However, the GPS has still not been installed.

Every time I call customer service, they tell me they can't see my order in their system. I am stuck in a loop where I have paid the money, have no GPS, and customer support is completely useless. Extremely bad service. Fix this and contact me immediately!

The worst ever service of this company after sales service is totally disappointing.
They know only sale the product i.e no intention to resolve the customer issue.
I recommend do not buy this product either than this prefer some other company gps.
