About ads
Respected sir /madam
I am aware of need of ads for an app but whats the need of putting an ad for every time you open app even whne it is previously opened and kept in background ok thats also fine but what every time we open from background we have to wait 5 -10 sec to continue to app is this the way do we get any interest of using an app ads are ok but not very much like this evrrytime we open from background we are seeingg ads and that too unskippable upto 5-10 sec its really frustrating

Getting more ads
Getting more ads and not showing correct information the giving information is totally wrong in Apple version Where is my Train is very very waste. It is better to use another app. This app is very regularly not able to use. I said it is a waste of time and waste of all things
Always shows connection break up from the server
This app is isn’t good it always shows connection break up from the server even you are standing on a platform with full network. This app is isn’t helpful and comes with many ads.

Bad interface
The app gets hanged due to wrong placement of close button on advertisement. The close button appears in corner overlapping time bar on screen, making it impossible to close adv and actually see the train details. I think its only in ios app.
Too Many Ads, Hard to Use
The app provides useful train tracking information, but the excessive ads make it frustrating to use. Almost every action triggers an ad, sometimes full-screen and unskippable. It slows down the experience, especially when I need quick updates. A more balanced ad system or an ad-free option would improve the app significantly.

Absolutely disgusting app
It shows the wrong train location. It shows it once in one place, then within 1 minute it shows it again 10 stations later . People are being completely fooled and they are making money by doing business with additional advertisements for their own benefit.

As a public service, it should prioritize accessibility by removing ads from essential features or offering an affordable ad-free option, aligning with the “Digital India” vision of seamless and citizen-friendly services.

I love it
Because I was using ixigo from last four years but it’s very difficult to use when we are inside the train bcoz offline live status facilities not available that’s why from yesterday I use where is my train apps it’s very good

Always show ad while using this app and taking too much time to find train location
Worst app
This aap show some wrong information about some train. I was on big trouble due to this app because I reached station seeing the update which is given by the app. After reached, the station master told there are no such train available on that time . And once i planned my trip by seeing the update and then I like to confirm the train and I called 139 , they confirmed me there are no such train available .

Advertisements are Very disturbing
I know ads are important for revenue but these ads are too much disturbing that I am not able use the app properly. It is very annoying that I am watching the ad on every click in the app.
Please place the ads on lower side of the application or Make a paid version in which ads are removed for LIFETIME. Thanks

To much Ads and other issues
The app shows ads for every single search after showing all yhose banners on the screen and another mejor thing is that the app always shows train from the 1st train. It doesn't match the time and please try to add a 12Hrs format ( atleast give option to select between the time format's) .

Issue with Excessive Ads
I am experiencing an issue with the app where an excessive number of ads appear, interrupting the user experience. Even after watching the ads, they do not disappear until I repeatedly tap the close button. This is quite frustrating, and I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue or provide an option to remove ads.

Too much advertisement
Too much advertisement in this app. It’s time to privatise Indian railway. They are failed in giving service. They should increase number of train instead they are cancelled train every day.

New feature request
Can we add the no. of users against the live train status to know how many users is the data sourced from at any given point. Something like 2.1cr viewers on a hotstar website? I think this will increase reliability quotient

Your app is good but you really need to look into it.
Your ads are too frequent even I haven’t seen any applications having ads like this. Please adjust your ad in such a way that no one uninstall your application. It’s too critical to handle and also you don’t have provided any premium services
