Update broke app
The latest update broke the app. No longer connects to Bluetooth and cannot operate remotely. It was working fine, the app update says updates to security of Bluetooth. But it’s broken now Why do software engineers feel that they have to update something that isn’t broken. I have a $5000 piece of equipment that is absolutely useless now.

Joystick defect
Agree with previous review. Tapping the remote causes the chair to move, often in reverse. Can move a table in effort to bring the chair , with arms back, up to the table. Did not have this problem two years ago. Is a safety issue so hope it will be addressed
Please revert the joystick controller to the previous version!
The new one is smaller—that’s not the biggest issue. The real problem is that it has no "dead zone," unlike the previous version.
Let me explain: In the old version, when I tapped the joystick, it would shift just a tiny bit without triggering any movement at all. That’s how physical joysticks work, right? A light touch doesn’t make the wheelchair move—you have to push in a direction with some force to make really move.
But in the current version, there’s no dead zone (or it’s way too small), so the wheelchair starts moving the second I tap the joystick. Did the developers actually test this in real use?
Anyway, thanks for your hard work—but please, just revert the joystick to how it was before.

I like my WHILL
I like my WHILL but can’t get the app to work an change from eco to standard or sport mode it’s stuck in sport mode and it won’t change but other wise like my chair it really helps me get around and it’s compact that it makes it easy to ride public transportation

The app is simple, easy to use, and works well.
Will not hold connection
Installs, works for 30 seconds. Then Device not connected message. Have unpaired, removed, reloaded trying multiple devices same issue.
App just doesn’t work.

Le scanner ne fonctionne pas, du coup impossible de se connecter à l’application qui devient inutilisable.
Idem pour la saisie manuelle qui indique que des codes sont erronés alors qu ils sont corrects.
C est regrettable car la fonctionnalité de contrôle à distance est très utile.

App is a pain
This happens very inconvenient and notice for me to use it I have to first download it and then connect it on my iPhone every time when I want to move it away from my bed why can I just download it and have it on my phone as an iconIt also’s self closes after I don’t use it for 30 or 40 seconds

Need to Re authenticate after app upgrade
I need to dig out the login info and password after the upgrade. Is there anyway to avoid this for future release update? It’s inconvenient to keep track of the original password and serial number hard copy. I kind of knew by this may happen so glad I didn’t throw away the manual. Nevertheless, glad to see the app get updated.
Please also add traditional Chinese language as an option. In HK and Taiwan, traditional Chinese language is used.
