Audio Alarms
Would be nice to be able to set an audio alarm on the app for when a cycle is complete.
Missing most features
The most important feature a refrigerator app must have is missing: what’s the temperature inside my freezer and refrigerator compartments. You can change the desired temperatures but you have no way of knowing what the actual temperatures are. I had to buy a $1.99 digital thermometer for my freezer to discover that despite being set at -5 F, it was actually + 18F 3 days after delivery and set up. This for a $3,000 fridge.

Useless
Useless app. You have to always remember to enable the remote feature. Open the over door and it resets to off
Wireless/App features
These require constant resetting and hard to connect remote start. The dryer itself works fine for clothes.

Constantly being signed out of this and having to log back in is a nuisance. At that point just make it a web page I have to sign in to. Seems safe to say whirlpool put the absolute bare minimum possible in to the app and said “eh, good enough.” The oven units themselves are less than impressive but the whirlpool brand overall clearly hasn’t cared about its reputation or quality in MANY years so I guess it’s up to their standards.

My Whirlpool/washer&dryer

Everything that I want in a machine, such as the different types of settings temperature and the length of time that I want my clothes to be taken care of not only that the fact that I can put from just a little bit of clothes to bag full of clothes this washer calculates everything that goes in it while it’s washing while it’s drying, it’s just it does his job one more do you want it? Does the job?

Doesn’t work
My brand new house is a “Smart house” with all state of the art Whirlpool appliances. When the Whirlpool app failed to find any appliances, it said to add the Wlabs app, which failed to open, and there is no way to troubleshoot. So I have a house full of smart appliances that can’t connect to the app or the second app this one told me to download!

Excellent works every time. And been using it for 7 years.
Horrible Experience
I can’t even sign in. I’ve already created my account with my email and password and confirmed the email they sent to me but there is no sign-in button. It only gives me the option to create an account and I’ve gone round and round and it just keeps wanting me to create an account, which I’ve already done.

Disappointing
The app is disappointing because it has glitches and i can’t start the machine from it. The washing machine electronics glitch sometimes and it thinks you press buttons when its dusty. Sometimes when a cycle is cancelled, it tries to revert back to the cancelled cycle when you start the new one.

No sign in!!
How incompetent can you be developing an app!!!! It says sign up/sign in and it won’t give you the sign in it’s asking to create a new account! I already have an account and there is no where to sign in. Seriously get it together.

So I had the older model and I decided to upgrade it and it was well worth it

Washer is a little wobbly but the legs may just need to be adjusted. Dryer is excellent so far Definitely Recommend

Don’t buy this oven
We just moved into this house and the oven is beautiful. However the time was repeatedly off. We’ve tried to update the settings both manually and in the app. The app prompted us to download an update. After that the oven completely stopped working. No screen, nothing. We tried resetting the breaker and nothing. There’s no way to access the screen bc the electrical components stopped working completely after downloading their update!!! All bc the time was wrong on my oven, now I have no oven. What’s heart breaking is that I’m sure the oven works it’s just the electrical components. When you call whirlpool they want you to buy an extended warranty plan for $40 a month or pay $400 for them to come out and take a look. It’s so disappointing and disheartening.

App was good… until it wasn’t
This app USED to be amazing. I had all my favorite settings saved. I just picked which one I wanted and it did its thing and alerted me when it was done.
A few weeks ago they updated the app. It kicked me out and ever since then I can’t reconnect. Support isn’t helping. I’m so frustrated.
The main reason I loved this appliance was that the app told me when to get my laundry.
Please fix the app!!!!

Wifi connection stopped working. I am blocked by utter stupidity of the app and its logic: the app says the device must be connected to wifi first. The device says that you have configure the device from the app first. The app is created by clueless idiots
