NEVER EVER under any circumstances use this app. Absolutely disgusting and scam. They will take your money from your bank account and you will need over 15 days to see it on their garbage app. YOU WILL NOT be able to transfer money fast if you have an emergency. Absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY.

Very bad experience DO NOT USE
The service of whish is suboptimal. I encountered too many problems trying to load money from abroad and customer service was constantly re routing me to other people. They would schedule and appointment for a call and I would wait for an hour, hours, days and then they would say sorry we didn’t call and schedule again. It was a waste of time and effort. I highly recommend you do NOT use.

Scam and miscommunication
I recently received $65 and then $20 were taken from my account and when I tried to contact the Whish company I had no response and they were no refund from the source that stole my money
Constant errors
The app constantly shows “an error has occurred” I tried updating and reinstalling it but the problem remains. Very frustrating experience.

Cant log in anymore??
I had to temporarily remove the app. When i reinstalled i tried to log in but it only lets me sign up. I proceed and it sends me a code, asks me to set up a passcode (that i already had set up before but ok) and then i keep getting an error message and cant access my account. In what world can you have MONEY on an app and YOU CANT ACCESS IT?

The support is of very poor quality. I have the feeling that they don’t care or that they don’t properly look into the problem before responding. After their first reply, they prematurely close the discussion, forcing me to start a new one and explain everything all over again.
